The getting-ready suites and Sunroom in the main house provide a beautiful and relaxing space to begin your wedding day.

The Main House’s timeless exterior and two-story porch create a stunning backdrop for photos. Inside, two spacious suites offer a luxurious retreat to relax and get ready. The first floor hosts intimate gatherings, with the Sunroom seating up to 40 for ceremonies or 30-35 for brunch. A grand staircase leads to elegant wedding party spaces, including the Glam Room and Parlor. The McCallum Club Suite, a private 1,200 sq. ft. retreat, features a wet bar, Frame TV, and card table.

    Look no further for the best venue in the triangle

    Donovan Manor is the perfect wedding venue! From the beautiful getting-ready spaces to cocktail hour and the reception, every part of the property is absolutely stunning. The grounds are impeccably maintained and provide the perfect backdrop for unforgettable photos. Everyone at Donovan Manor was so kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire planning process. They always answered our questions promptly and made us feel supported every step of the way. On our wedding day, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and that everything ran seamlessly. We are so grateful that we were able to celebrate the best day of our lives at Donovan Manor. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was, and we couldn’t recommend it more!

    Stunning Wedding Venue

    Donovan Manor was a dream venue, and we would absolutely recommend getting married here!! The pictures don’t even do it justice. From the first tour, they were so kind and accommodating! The venue itself is so well thought out. It is not only beautiful from the inside out, but the attention to detail and the layout are truly beyond words. The brides suite is spacious, fun, and allows for much more than just getting ready; ie relaxing, dancing, eating and so many photo ops! The guys loved the groom suite! The rose garden is nothing less than stunning! The guests raved about it. Even if we had to do our rain plan, we were excited, because the ballroom is just as breathtaking. We got so many compliments on the beautiful reception (and the chandeliers!!). On top of the venues beauty, the team and owner are so helpful, responsive, and sweet. I felt like they really wanted me to live out my vision, helped answer questions, and made the day go by seamlessly! Even with a million requests from my family and the stress of a possible hurricane coming in- their team was incredible. I can’t thank them enough for truly giving me my dream wedding!

    A 10/10 venue

    Having our wedding at Donovan Manor absolutely made our day what it was! I know people can be wary of venues requiring in house catering and bar, but let me sway you otherwise! First off, Donovan’s Dish was amazing and easy to work with. Ashley allowed me to amend my menu as many times as necessary in the early stages and Emma was so easy to communicate with. On wedding day, our food was not only amazing but the staff were excellent and efficient. Even down to the little details, like a staff member folding and placing napkins on guests chairs as they got up to get their food. All these little details helped our wedding feel elegant and personal. THE BAR! I cannot say enough good things about the bartenders at Donovan Manor. They were so kind, funny, and made great drinks. All of our guests complimented the staff. Ok onto the venue. It is so beautiful and truly a one of a kind venue. Many venues skimp on the grooms suite and this was a huge plus for me. Often I feel the groom gets forgotten about, so I loved to see how much effort was put into the suite. Even my now-husband commented on how nice it was to have such a large space. The bridal suite (really entire floor) is exceptional. I truly felt like a princess getting ready up there. The outdoor rose garden is stunning and the oak tree makes for wonderful photos. Having three bars is also a game changer, especially if you have a larger guest count. Everything was thought of while building the venue, even the bathrooms are gorgeous! All of guests have complimented the weekend saying how perfect it was and how amazing the venue is. Book Donovan Manor! You will have zero regrets.

    The most beautiful venue in NC

    Donovan Manor is a stunning backdrop. There’s so much variety in photos to capture any celebration!


Wedding party access starts at 10 am. Your vendors can come in to begin set-up starting at 12 pm. If additional time is needed for set-up, or getting ready, additional hours can be added in advance and may require an additional fee.
No, we require that you use our in-house caterer, Donovan’s Dish, for your event. Donovan’s Dish is an award-winning catering company with menus and service that are the best around! Cakes and other dessert items are welcome from other licensed bakers. Please inquire with us online if your event requires a traditional Indian caterer.
Included in our Wedding Package are two beautiful, spacious, and fully separate dressing suites that our couples may use for getting ready on the wedding day. We also have a separate ADA private dressing suite with wheelchair lift available upon request. Wedding party access to the Main House and suites begins at 10 am. Additional hours for earlier access can be added upon request for a fee.
The Main House can accommodate intimate groups of up to 50, the Trestle Lounge can accommodate 300 standing and 110 seated, and the Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 299 guests seated and 440 standing. We also have beautiful outdoor spaces with an indoor/outdoor bar connecting the spaces to allow for even more seating. Outdoor space can be tented to accommodate larger groups.
Yes, a wedding planner is required, and we strongly recommend having one! At a minimum, we require a day-of coordinator to ensure your event runs smoothly. While we provide a list of trusted, recommended planners, we are open to working with any legitimate wedding planner not on that list—provided they receive prior approval from Donovan Manor. Before moving forward with them, they must sign our planner’s agreement and submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI). For South Asian weddings, a partial planner from our talented list is required to coordinate the unique elements and timelines of these celebrations.
You must use Donovan’s Dish for your catering and Donovan Manor for your bar. We have an exclusive list for your essential rentals and florals. For your convenience, we have also included in your rental packet a list of our preferred vendors for other categories, such as photographers, transportation, officiants, etc., but for those categories, you may choose a vendor outside of our list if desired.
While many clients choose to incorporate a dance floor into their design, renting one is not required.
Donovan Manor offers a variety of wonderful ceremony and reception options, both outdoors and indoors, so nothing needs to be sacrificed in the case of inclement weather.
One of the perks of Donovan Manor is the peaceful and spacious surroundings while being just 12 miles from downtown Raleigh. There are many hotels to choose from for your hotel blocks in Fuquay-Varina, Raleigh, Cary, and Holly Springs. We are happy to share our list of recommended hotels listed by distance at your request.
We provide tables and chairs for 175 guests, but you will rent your linens, plates, glassware, and flatware. We want you to be able to customize your event to fit your style and vision, and renting the tabletop items is a fun part of the planning process! We will connect you with our preferred event rental company so you can set up your showroom appointment to choose your tabletop rentals.

Yes, the venue offers ample parking for you and your guests. We have 90 paved spaces plus overflow parking in the driveway and grass. We ask that all cars are removed at the completion of the event. If overnight parking is required, cars must be removed by 10am the next day or will be subject to being towed.
