First off, the location is beautiful and so is the inside. Lots of different types of venues within the building so super customizable. I was there for a holiday party on 12/2/22 and was so impressed. I got to see each space they had and it was beautifully decorated. Great staff, very clean (including the bathrooms) and I would definitely go back to any event being held there or highly considerate for my own event in the future!

Finding your perfect venue for your perfect day is no easy task, and I had the hardest time finding a venue that combined my husband's rustic taste with my own elegant style. That is, until we found Villa Parker! It had everything we wanted, it was the perfect size for our 70 guest wedding (but we had room for much more than that) and it came with all the beautiful additions and inclusions we wanted! Including the best day-of coordinator a girl can ask for. Communication and organization was a breeze and Villa Parker really takes the guesswork out of a lot of things involving wedding planning! Best of all? They are pet-friendly! So we were able to bring our sweet pup into the mix along with a local rescue to raise money for a non-profit organization! Two puppies were adopted at our wedding thanks to the wonderful people at Villa Parker. This is one gorgeous venue to remember.

The Ashley Ridge Wedgewood team went above and beyond! Our wedding was more perfect than we even imagined and our guests keep telling us it was the best wedding they’ve been to. Our coordinator, Calypso, was absolutely phenomenal from the beginning of the planning process through the entire day of. She gave wonderful suggestions when we were unsure of something during planning and executed everything perfectly the day of. It was so nice to have full trust in her and not have to worry about anything! Dylan was our banquet captain and he was just as amazing making sure that my wife and were always taken care of. We also could not have asked for better day of staff as well to make our day perfect. Thank you Quinn, Sierra, Nolan, Janie, Kira and Sydney for everything! Madeline with DJ Maestro was the perfect fit for us. She kept our timeline in order, played the perfect music and really made the day fun. The food was absolutely delicious and they have many options for appetizers. It was also nice that we could order a stuffed pepper separated for any vegans or vegetarians. Lastly, it was a relief that the venue cleaned up everything and repacked our decorations at the end of the night and loaded them into the car. It was so nice that they handled so many things in house and work directly with companies to make the planning less stressful. I appreciated not having to set up/clean up or go and find our own caterer, florist, DJ, baker, etc. We truly were able to enjoy every part of our day without any stress. Choosing Ashley Ridge was the best decision we made for our wedding. Thank you for truly making it the best day of our lives!

The Grange was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. From the beginning, they were incredibly easy to communicate with - the staff was responsive, helpful, and accommodating of our unique requests. We were looking for a place that would allow us to bring in our own food, as we wanted to have a special cereal bar and waffle bar where guests could create their own custom treats. The Grange gave us that flexibility, and we were able to have the most amazing wedding reception with personal touches throughout the event. The staff was amazing to work with and provided us with little things we didn't even think about, making our day run seamlessly. We even accidentally stole their sign but were able to make arrangements to get it back to them before their next event - even then, they were super kind and responsive. The space itself was beautiful and exactly what we envisioned for our special day. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or experience.

Lily, and the entire oaks team, were an absolute dream to work with. To this day we cannot stop talking about how amazing this venue, and everyone who works there is. Not only did Lily, and The Oaks, make the process extremely easy, but they truly are pros and experts within the wedding industry and thought of every last detail. They executed our vision exactly as we imagined and they did so with enthusiasm, kindness, ease, and extreme professionalism. Lily was our coordinator and she answered all of our tons of question quickly and kindly and helped us SO much throughout the process and on our big day. She was so kind and was two steps ahead of us at every point of the process. She had an answer for every question and thought of things we never even considered. She executed our day flawlessly and we truly can’t thank her enough. The Oaks knows how to host a wedding. We were blown away throughout the process but the wedding day truly put the cherry on top. They truly thought of everything from steamers already filled with distilled water in the getting ready rooms, to cold water available for anyone, to appetizers specially set aside for my husband and I, to having dessert packaged up for us to take home. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The service is incredible. There was staff everywhere we looked ready to assist and help in any way necessary. Their food is insanely good, we had a getting ready lunch and a plated dinner and both were 10/10. Everyone was raving about the food! They have executing weddings down to a science in the absolute best way possible. I did not have to worry about one thing the entire day and it was executed with such ease and grace that I was truly blown away. Every additional vendor we booked (photographer, DJ, HMU, floral, etc.) just raved about the Oaks when we told them our venue. They truly are one of a kind and I couldn’t be more thankful for what they did for us. If you are considering booking with The Oaks, you will not regret it!!! I simply cannot recommend or say enough good things about them. Thank you Lily and The Oaks!

Arrowhead is absolutely stunning — we knew it was the perfect venue after our tour, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. The food exceeded our tasting, the service and presentation were top-notch, and we loved that every guest got two entrees. Communication was a bit slow leading up to the wedding, but everything was handled beautifully on the day. The only thing we were a bit disappointed about was that we weren’t able to golf around our wedding date. With so many family and friends traveling from out of town, we had hoped to enjoy some time on the course together as part of the celebration, but the timing just didn’t work out with all of Arrowhead’s events. Even so, Arrowhead provided the most magical backdrop and an unforgettable experience—we would highly recommend it to any couple considering this venue.

My husband and I have been visiting the Botanic Gardens for years and it was the only venue we wanted for our wedding day. The wedding day was everything we had hoped for and many of our guests commented afterward how beautiful it was. We also knew ahead of time that we wanted an intimate wedding and the Woodland Mosaic and Solarium as our location. The weather was fairly warm on our date but our guests didn't feel it because the venue has lots of shade with the solarium and trees. It also felt like a more secluded space, which is something that we wanted. Our wedding date was a very popular Saturday in June, and I believe 5 other weddings were taking place at the same time! Because our location felt so private, we hardly noticed. The only exception being the "golden hour" for photography, where we were taking photos in the Japanese garden and carefully maneuvering around other couples also taking photos. If you want to be the only bride in sight, keep this in mind. We didn't care though. Because we had such a small wedding (40 people), we chose not to have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator. I would recommend one for this venue if you have a larger group or if you don't have a lot of helping hands. We had a lot of help from our families on the day of the event - helping set up things like the gifts/card table and brining in liquor in coolers. We also carried out a lot of items ourselves at the end of the night. This isn't a complaint from our end, as we expected to do some of the coordination ourselves. Just keep in mind that if you don't want to have to do anything on your wedding day, be sure to hire someone for that role. Emily was great at coordinating from the Botanic Gardens side. She gave us helpful information when needed, responded quickly, and we also met her about a month in advance to walk through the site, going over details on things like chairs and tables. In addition, you get an hour walkthrough during the day before your event. On the day of, I booked a touch-up room (included in the price). They have a limited catering list and we were happy to use Serendipity Catering for our food, bartenders, service staff, desserts and floral, which made coordinating everything a lot easier! I highly recommend working with Brie and Raven. Another perk of booking this venue is that you can bring in your own alcohol, which can save money. Negatively, it was a bit of work for our families to haul all of this in and out while in formalwear. Depending on which space you book, you are also only able to have acoustic music. We wanted (and hired) a string quartet, so this worked for us. However, if you want to dance the night away with a DJ, you would need to book elsewhere for the reception or book their indoor ballroom. The best surprise for us was a free couples membership for a year to the Botanic Gardens. We are so excited to have the opportunity to spend more time here, enjoying their many event offerings throughout the year. We can't wait to return year after year!

Our experience working with the staff at the McNichols Building truly could not have been any better. From the time we took our first tour, to the end of our wedding day everything was wonderful. We were originally scheduled to get married there in June of 2020 and moved our wedding not once, but twice due to Covid. Both times we moved the wedding their staff was incredibly accommodating and rescheduled our date without any fees or difficulty. We finally had our wedding there in Oct. 2021. Their original events coordinator we worked with, Julie, who we adored, took a different position during the pandemic and the transition between her and the gentleman who took of her duties was seamless. John was also so easy and pleasant to work with. The rest of the staff was just as incredible and accommodating on our wedding day. We rented the third floor and it was perfect for our 150 person wedding. We loved the modern style of the room and the local, modern art on display added unique decor and personality to the space. We used Civic Center Park and some surrounding areas for wedding photos and they turned out beautiful. This venue is truly a gem of Denver and I would recommend using it for any event - personal, business, or otherwise. You will not find a better event staff to work with!

Venue considerations

  • Large venue, not ideal for small guest lists

So there's three parts I'll put here: the venue, the food (we catered through them as well) and then the main point of contact. Venue: The venue itself is stunning — genuinely one of the most beautiful spaces I've ever been in (really outdid its class and what we paid for it aesthetic-wise), and on top of that, incredibly easy to work with logistically. Access was clear, communication was clear, and the overall experience from first visit to wedding night was just a 10/10. We had a relatively small group of 65 but could easily have also done up to probably 120 safely and easily here with the space itself - but somehow it didn't feel empty at all at 65 either! Food: Wow. No notes! Truly food was a delight - I remember pre-our tasting looking at the menu and being impressed, our tasting, where I was consistently blown away with the quality of the food, and then the actual day of - where we'd gotten some rave reviews on our food from everyone! I was really not believing they could scale up that food the way they did, and I'm extraordinarily impressed they did! I loved the salads, the apps (our coconut shrimp disappeared so fast), and the filet mignon was a beaut! Lastly, Wade - our main point of contact. Where do I begin here! Wade honestly made the whole process feel human & was genuinely one of the best vendor experiences through this whole process - I think I have at least 100 emails back and forth with him getting every possible detail nailed down and he delivered above and beyond - EVERY SINGLE TIME. Every single time he showed up with patience, real kindness, and a level of understanding that just made everything feel manageable. There are a lot of moving pieces in planning a wedding, and Wade was consistently the person I trusted to make sure the day ran exactly the way I'd envisioned it (and to ask 100 questions beforehand). He really delivered. If you're considering this venue, know that the people behind it are just as good as the space - Wade I truly give at least 75% of the credit for the reception running as smoothly as it did!

The Manor House is an absolute dream. This was the 11th venue my now husband and I viewed for our wedding and we never turned back. All-inclusive venues are extremely worth it. The people are beyond kind and passionate about what they do. We initially worked with Mackenzie who was very responsive and even scheduled us in for multiple tours to bring our parents when they were in town. Katie was our day-of coordinator who answered our (and our vendors') many questions during the final months of preparation, and her facilitation and attention to detail made our day absolutely seamless. They have their events down to a science. That said, they are still flexible with timeline changes and random one-off requests (like my crazy décor ideas). The location is breathtaking. With most of our guests coming from out of state, it is easy to find housing/hotel accommodations in desired areas in and around Denver, Golden, etc. It is very accessible from the airport while still showing off the mountainous views. One more thing: the food. I've attended a lot of weddings and this is the first time I've heard guests raving about the food. The hors d'oeuvres were also delicious. Photographer: Grace Gatto

We planned our wedding at the Oxford in less than six months, and could not have been happier with the entire process. Brittany was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly listened to what we wanted. She was relaxed and calm, but ALWAYS on top of it, and provided us many options as we weighed our priorities. The entire event felt so much like us. Planning and working with Brittany was made easy because she is so organized, and never imposed her own views on us (but gave great advice when we asked). We absolutely loved the accommodations offered to us and to our guests, and the service at the hotel was exemplary - all of the staff are so friendly! There were no hidden or tricky costs, and the food was absolutely phenomenal - people still talk about it over a year later! We found such ease in being able to host all in one spot - many of our guests stayed at the hotel, we held the ceremony and reception there, and transportation was super easy for everyone. Guests enjoyed the cocktail lounge after the reception, and many ate next store at the Urban Farmer for breakfast. It's a special place to go back to now - we loved our wedding and the planning process, and cannot recommend working with Brittany enough!

About wedding venues in Lone Tree, CO

What Makes Colorado's Wedding Venues Unique?

Colorado's wedding venues offer something truly special, blending architectural diversity with stunning natural scenery. You'll find sophisticated urban elegance at the Grand Hyatt Denver right alongside the rustic charm of Spruce Mountain Ranch. Every window at the Flagstaff House Restaurant frames breathtaking mountain vistas while Tapestry House By Wedgewood Weddings pairs Victorian beauty with meticulously maintained gardens. Mountain View Ranch takes indoor-outdoor flow to the next level with retractable walls that let you seamlessly connect with nature while keeping guests comfortable. When it comes to costs you'll be pleasantly surprised - Colorado venues typically run between $6,000 and $6,800, which falls on the lower end of what you'd pay nationally where prices range from $6,500 to $12,000.

How Much Does a Colorado Mountain Wedding Cost?

Planning a Colorado mountain wedding for 150 guests? You're looking at around $46,999 total. Here's how that breaks down across your key vendors: - Florists: 16% ($7,466) - Venues: 14% ($6,399) - Catering: 11% ($5,119) - Photography: 10% ($4,622) - Videography: 9% ($4,124) - Wedding Planning: 9% ($4,124) - Bar Services: 9% ($4,095) - Bands and DJs: 3% ($1,500) - Cake and Desserts: 2% ($801) - Hair and Makeup: 1% ($670)

When Should You Book Colorado Wedding Services?

Timing is everything when planning your Colorado wedding. Start with your venue 13 months out - that's 390 days before your big day. Your photographer and wedding planner should be next on the list about 10 months ahead. Most other vendors including your florist caterer and videographer need about 9 months' notice while hair and makeup artists typically want 8 months' heads up. Planning a fall wedding? Book even earlier since September sees the highest demand.

Which Colorado Mountain Regions Offer the Best Wedding Settings?

You'll find perfect settings year-round in Colorado's mountains. The Grange shows off spectacular fall colors with its aspen groves while Della Terra lets you host cozy outdoor ceremonies with snowy peaks as your backdrop. Spring brings wildflower meadows at Wild Basin Lodge and summer celebrations shine under Balistreri Vineyards' pergola-covered patio. September proves most popular combining perfect temperatures with reliable weather.

How Do Denver Wedding Venues Compare to Mountain Locations?

Whether you're drawn to city sophistication or mountain majesty Colorado's got you covered. Craftwood Peak puts you face-to-face with Pikes Peak while The Simon offers industrial-chic style with Denver skyline views. You can celebrate in the historic Kirk Of Highland or surrounded by Garden of the Gods' stunning red rocks. City venues like Rooftop1630 deliver urban views while mountain locations connect you directly with nature.

What Weather Contingencies Do Colorado Venues Provide?

Colorado venues know how to handle whatever weather comes your way. Mount Vernon Canyon Club keeps you connected to the views through its glass-enclosed reception space while Church Ranch Event Center offers multiple indoor ceremony spots with mountain vistas through massive windows. Want a winter ceremony? Ashley Ridge has heated outdoor pavilions and Meadow Creek Lodge keeps everyone comfortable with covered walkways between venues.

Where Can You Find All-Inclusive Colorado Wedding Packages?

Looking to simplify your planning? Wedgewood Weddings properties across Colorado including Tapestry House and Mountain View Ranch handle everything from catering to coordination. The Grand Hyatt Denver includes room blocks with their packages while Balistreri Vineyards wraps up wine service catering and coordination in one easy contract. These venues make planning easier with dedicated coordinators managing timelines and vendor teams.

How Do Colorado Wedding Budgets Scale with Guest Count?

Your Colorado wedding budget flexes with your guest list: - 50 guests: $20,802 - 100 guests: $34,304 - 150 guests: $46,999 - 200 guests: $58,346 - 250 guests: $69,693 - 300 guests: $81,041 This scaling helps you maintain the quality you want while adjusting for your perfect guest count.
