“I would recommend this location and this team to every and anyone! To start off, we toured 10 venues and Ken Caryl Vista was the only one where we felt all of our questions were answered and we were truly listened to. All of our planning meetings were punctual, clear and concise, and overall relieving. We worked with Heidi, Kade, and Jenna throughout our entire process. Even though we had meetings with each person separately, they each knew our wedding plan and vision. Jenna was my day of coordinator, and she was AMAZING! Any snag we ran into, she approached very calm and collected. My dress did not have a bustle, but she helped my pin my train with all of my amazon purchased beaded safety pins (this was not easy). Kade and Heidi were our confidants when it came to picking colors, food, and smaller details. On the catering staff, Katie was the sweetest person to take over for Jenna when the ceremony arrived. She made sure our cues were on time and made the reception flow flawlessly! I was sending changes and questions 24 hours before the day and everyone still made our wishes happen. This team truly knows what they're doing and made our day so easy and beautiful. 10/10 recommend!!!”

“The Pines was absolutely the right move for us. The location was perfect. It was 10 degrees cooler than in Denver so was perfectly comfortable in the summer. The location was beautiful. The Evergreen terrace felt intimate but grand. The upper reception space was the same. The day of coordinators Morgan and Claire were PHENOMENAL. They worked with all of my DYI/creative touches with a "let's make it work attitude". They took everything so seriously and acted quickly when there was a concern. I did not worry about things happening correctly on my day... let that sink in. The plated meals were pretty darn good for wedding food. We received nothing but compliments. We brought in mostly our own vendors, which was the right choice for us. The only hiccup was with their affiliated DJ. From the DJ, we would've appreciated a bit better communication before, listening to our limitations and boundaries, and attention to details. The day was still magical overall. And the Pines made that ideal. At the end of the night and our scheduled uber was there we didn't want to leave. Claire handled it. Suddenly the uber was gone, another was coming in 30 minutes and we got those last 30 minutes with our guests. Overall, would highly recommend the Pines. They are dedicated to making your day special and they will work with you for that to happen.”

“From our first conversation with Willow Ridge Manor, Gregory and his team made us feel heard and supported every step of the way. The space itself is gorgeous and everything we were looking for in a venue. On our wedding day, we faced some brutal heat, but Gregory stayed on top of things and kept our ceremony running smoothly despite the challenging conditions. The staff's attentiveness to our needs made all the difference in keeping our guests comfortable and our day on track. If we had one suggestion for the future, rollable blinds in the outdoor rooms would be a game-changer during hot weather—it would give guests some relief from the sun. “The Manor House is an absolute dream. This was the 11th venue my now husband and I viewed for our wedding and we never turned back. All-inclusive venues are extremely worth it. The people are beyond kind and passionate about what they do. We initially worked with Mackenzie who was very responsive and even scheduled us in for multiple tours to bring our parents when they were in town. Katie was our day-of coordinator who answered our (and our vendors') many questions during the final months of preparation, and her facilitation and attention to detail made our day absolutely seamless. They have their events down to a science. That said, they are still flexible with timeline changes and random one-off requests (like my crazy décor ideas). The location is breathtaking. With most of our guests coming from out of state, it is easy to find housing/hotel accommodations in desired areas in and around Denver, Golden, etc. It is very accessible from the airport while still showing off the mountainous views. “I could not be more thrilled and impressed with the quality of service during our wedding celebration from the staff at Mount Vernon Canyon Club. It was top notch starting from our initial communication with Barbara to the servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Barbara made sure that we were taken care of from the moment we showed up to the moment we left. She made us feel calm and took care of everything that needed taking care of without us having to remind her. She even boxed up all of the leftover food for us that we were too anxious to eat (all of which was absolutely delicious). The view is spectacular from the deck and after some initial rain and lightning, we were even blessed with a double rainbow! As a wedding venue, Mount Vernon is a perfect 10/10.”

“From start to finish, our experience with The Rose Event Center was nothing short of amazing. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, full of character, warmth, and charm, but what truly sets it apart is the level of care and support you receive, especially from Patricia. I’m a busy mom of two, and going into wedding planning I honestly had no idea how I was going to pull everything together. Patricia was incredible at keeping everything organized, detailed, and on track while also reminding me that I was on track and didn’t need to stress. Her calm, reassuring presence made the entire planning process feel manageable and even enjoyable. On our wedding day, everything came together exactly how I had envisioned it. The Rose has such natural ambiance that you don’t need a ton of décor to make it feel magical, it’s already stunning on its own. Seeing our names on the marquee that day was such a fun and special touch and made the whole experience feel even more personal. There was even a moment when the strap on my wedding dress ripped, and Patricia was immediately there with an emergency kit, sewing me back up and getting me back out to enjoy our day without missing a beat. That level of preparedness and care truly speaks volumes. The food was fantastic, we received so many compliments, and the staff was warm, friendly, and professional throughout the entire day. We loved every minute of our wedding, and we are so grateful to The Rose and Patricia for making it all feel seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t recommend this venue more highly.”

Morgan, Konnie, Glenda and their team were attentive, communicative, transparent and kind from the moment we toured the venue through the end of our big day. Things we loved about them: *Excellent communication: for a year (June - June) Morgan and her team answered all of our questions promptly, we felt very in-the-loop and reassured at all times that our event and our people were being taken care of. * Day-of coordination is worth the price a million times over - Konnie is a BOSS and really knows what she’s doing. She kept everyone organized, brought up details we wouldn’t have even thought of, contributed creative ideas, showed us and our families such kindness and support leading up to our event and all throughout it - made everything flow smoothly and helped everyone feel confident. *Pricing was transparent: every cost was up front, no hidden fees, Morgan was very communicative about every aspect of the sales process and answered all of our questions clearly. We found the all-in price to be very fair and reasonable compared to similar venues we got quotes from. *The food was delicious, the event space itself was beautiful and well set-up for weddings (we had 170 people), the staff were all very professional and efficient.   …our entire day went off without a hitch and we had the wedding of our dreams, largely due to the amazing team at Applewood.
