Unfortunately, a new team member made an administrative mistake during your reservation process, which resulted in the double-booking of your event date. While this was unintentional, we acknowledge that the responsibility is entirely ours. During the escalation process, our owner, Abi, personally reached out to work toward a resolution by offering two alternative options: a different venue and an alternative date at our event center. Unfortunately, neither option met your needs or expectations, and we fully respect your decision. As outlined in our agreement, your deposit was refunded in full, as no additional payments were made by the scheduled due dates. We regret that our efforts to resolve the matter did not meet your expectations. We value all of our clients and continuously review our processes to ensure situations like this do not happen again.
