Her floral work is absolutely MAGICAL!! Brought life and beautiful color into my venue!!!! Communication was seamless and as a bride I never had any doubt they would arrive prepared and make my day so beautiful. She did just that. We were initially introduced to Wilder Minds Events after one of our friends recommended them to us for wedding planning. Aside from deciding on my husband, choosing Wilder Minds event planners was the best decision I made for my wedding. We started working with Delaney and right off the bat I knew we made the right decision—Delaney was attentive and quick to respond to any texts/calls/questions we had, although I didn’t know exactly how right my decision was until much later. About a week before the wedding we were faced with some extremely difficult decisions to make because of hurricane Helene. Our reception venue didn’t have power 24 hrs before the wedding and Delaney stepped up and was ready with several alternative options, providing us with peace of mind and reassurance every step of the way that she would do everything and anything within her power to make this wedding everything we had dreamt of it being. We ended up completely switching venues several hours before the welcome party started, and everything ended up being absolutely beautiful and unforgettable—all thanks to our amazing, kind and caring wedding planner Delaney and the wonderful, dedicated venders she had connected us with. I cannot thank Delaney and the Wilder Minds event planners enough for saving the best day of our lives. My husband and I are both genuinely sad that our time planning with Delaney is over and we will miss hearing from her on a regular basis very much.

Al and Mandy are two of the best people we have ever met. They were so easy to communicate with and their portal makes it so easy to put all the information you need for your wedding. The two of them were so much fun to talk to and they really made our night something to remember. They take time to get to know you as a couple and make your dreams come true. They are also really affordable for what you get. We did the uplighting and the audio guest book and I’m so thankful we did. Hearing our guests was something special and the lights made the dance floor more fun to be on. These guys can read a room and make sure the dance floor is filled all night long. If you want a DJ that cares and will do everything for your day this is the one. We couldn’t recommend them enough.

The space was historic, unique and the cost was fair. The food and beverage service they provided was exceptional, and they seamlessly handled the setup, takedown, and organization of our belongings for pick up the next morning. We were particularly impressed by their top-tier wedding planner, Megan Brantley, who went above and beyond to ensure our special day was everything we dreamed of and more. We cannot recommend the Fenway Hotel enough for any couple looking to host an unforgettable wedding.

Marykate was an AMAZING wedding planner / coordinator. She is extremely organized, super efficient, and a pleasure to work with. There wasn’t one thing that we needed that she couldn’t figure out a way to make it happen. She handled our day of coordination developing the timeline, keeping vendors accountable, and ensuring that the church and venue were perfect. She met with us several times via zoom and in-person to coordinate with the venue and other vendors. She stepped in and helped ease tensions on many occasions including with the venue that was challenging to work with. She was in charge of moving our wedding cake from the venue’s refrigerator, and decorating it with flowers (who knew the bakery, florists, and the hotel wouldn’t work together to get the delivered cake into the reception room and place the flowers on it)! She took it in stride and did a fabulous job! She helped us coordinate table decorations, cleaning up at the end of the night, transporting all of this stuff back up to our hotel room. Every item that you didn’t want to worry about on your wedding day, she handled and then some. Just a wonderful experience. Less than 15 minutes before the ceremony she was making sure we had snacks, fixing broken boutonnieres, and trimming bouquets. Truly a jack of all trades! Everything turned out flawless! The only thing I would suggest is to involve her earlier on in the process to reduce your wedding stress level. We only did for day of coordination and looking back, I wish we would have had her help with more. SHE IS FABULOUS and well worth her fee which was extremely reasonable! Snap her up and have a stress free wedding day!

My husband and I got married in August 2025 and hired Ashley for Wedding Coordination services. We knew we could handle much of the prep work ourselves but wanted a coordinator to ensure the wedding day ran smoothly so we didn't have to stress or manage logistics ourselves. Our experience working with Ashley from start to finish was fantastic and we would highly recommend her to other couples getting married. Ashley and I had multiple planning calls in the months leading up to our wedding to review details and tasks that I needed to accomplish in order to stay on track. As we got closer to the wedding Ashley began taking on coordination tasks such as putting together the wedding day timeline and reaching out to all my other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Throughout all these interactions she was on time, detail oriented, friendly, and followed up promptly with any action items (timeliness of email responses and follow up is a pain point I had with some other vendors throughout the wedding planning process, but not Ashley). When it came to the wedding weekend Ashley drove all the way to our venue location to run rehearsal and communicated frequent updates with me when she was running late due to traffic. Despite the delay we were still able to run the rehearsal quickly and get to our next event. On the wedding day itself Ashley kept all our vendors operating efficiently, set up our decor exactly as we asked, and jumped in to proactively manage a couple unforeseen bumps that occurred throughout the evening. At the end of the night she packed up everything and placed it in the bridal suite for us to pick up the next day. Although we didn't add content creation to our package, Ashley still took some video clips on her phone throughout the day and surprised us the next morning by texting them over -- it was such a thoughtful way for us to relive the day. We cannot sing her praises enough an encourage couples to hire Ashley for their wedding planning needs as she continues to grow her business.

Kyra really understood what I was going for and was excellent at helping me plan, so I was bummed when she left. However, Brittany is absolutely amazing. She’s the absolute best at what she does. She goes above and beyond for you and she will definitely deal with any vendor issues you may have. Brittany is the main reason why my wedding vision was properly executed and brought to life. The Notion platform was perfect in keeping track of all things wedding, and I loved the style of it. Brittany is such a great person and easy to connect with. From the moment we started working with the Marriott, we have had the best experience. We worked with Jenna, the sales manager, a lot and she was also so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I honestly was not stressed the week of the wedding because I felt like she was so helpful and trusted her to make sure all of my requests were met. She even came to our welcome reception to greet our guests and hand them drink tickets. A few weeks before the wedding, we met Dan, the banquet coordinator, who was absolutely fantastic and so helpful in helping us envision our room set up. He stayed the day before our wedding to set up the room early and it was flawless. He stood at the door of our reception when guests arrived to help direct them to their seats. His hard work and dedication to what he does was truly evident. I feel that Jenna and Dan truly went above and beyond to ensure we had our dream wedding. Joanna was also very helpful with our wedding room block as she is very responsive and quickly assisted with anyone hotel room needs for either my guests or myself. All of the hotel staff including front desk, valet, bartenders, servers etc were also amazing throughout our stay. We got SO many compliments from our guests about how welcoming, friendly, and helpful all the Marriott staff was. Even the maids were amazing and so warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived at the Marriott for our wedding weekend, we were greeted by Wilmer, who was beyond helpful is unloading our car and transferring multiple items into our hotel room and he was present throughout the weekend to assist us with any other needs we had. Also, Rick and Ricardo were amazing bartenders, super friends, accommodating and truly helped to make our wedding into a full weekend event full of fun and everlasting memories. All in all I could not have asked for a better weekend with the support of the Marriott!! I would recommend this group to anyone and hope to be back to visit again soon!
