“We cannot recommend DJ Neema enough. He is the BEST of the best. As a musician and dancer and coming from American (Texan) and Indian backgrounds, the music for our wedding was very important to us. Historically, we’ve found wedding DJs to be subpar. Between the poor choice in songs and the lack of beat matching ability, we‘ve always had critiques about the DJs when we attend weddings. From the initial consultation to the wedding day itself, DJ Neema was dedication to making the musical experience authentic and meaningful. Initially, we interviewed two DJs and DJ Neema stood out with his impeccable mix that seamlessly blended our eclectic music tastes, from Houston rap to Bollywood hits. On the wedding day, he worked his magic, keeping the dance floor alive the entire time — keep in mind that this was a daytime and a completely dry wedding! His ability to read the crowd and curate the perfect vibe for the event was truly impressive. When it started sprinkling, neither our guests nor DJ Neema wanted to stop so with the help from some friends, they constructed a cover for DJ Neema’s set up with a table cloth and dry cleaning plastic and kept the party going (see pic)! “The Hook Club made our wedding dreams come true. My husband is Dominican and I am from New England, and therefore we were looking for a bilingual band that could play a very wide range of music - from American wedding classics, to Pop, to Reggaeton, to Merengue, to Bachata — and a group that could MC the evening in Spanish and English, and bring the energy to keep the party going. We went with Hook Club’s 7 piece DJ Band, and they were above and beyond fantastic. They curated a setlist that somehow, despite the wide range of music, flowed together and was cohesive. The dance floor was absolutely lit; even my brother who was on crutches and had a torn labrum couldn’t stay away. “Wedding March 2025 DJ American Rob was incredible to work with! He made the wedding become a dream come true! Everyone was on the dance floor having a blast until 1 AM ending! We gave DJ American Rob a challenge with a Polish-American wedding involving Polish Music, Polish traditions like a Polish March, and even a surprise birthday celebration. DJ American Rob delivered on it all getting everyone hyped to dance from the young kids the old folks! Everything was well coordinated and he truly made it a night we will always remember! “We hired Philip from Good Musicians for our wedding and he was phenomenal! Philip played acoustic guitar for our ceremony/cocktail hour and then transitioned to a fantastic DJ for the reception! He did such a great job playing the song requests we had on the guitar, and he even learned a few that was very important for us to be played! We got SO many compliments from the guests of the wedding on how well he preformed- including family members that are singers and performers themselves! Then for the reception, he brought the PARTY as the DJ. He was able to really capture the vibe of what we were looking for as well as what the guests wanted to hear. Prior to the wedding, he was very attentive to what we were looking for in terms of song request and do not play lists. He also provided a very large song library of suggestions, as well as songs he knows how to play via Spotify- this made our lives SO much easier and was such a great resource! We also rented uplighting and cold fireworks for our wedding though Philip, which really elevated the party atmosphere. I highly recommend to hire Philip/good musicians for your wedding, he was such a pleasure to have! I can only imagine how talented his band is as well!!”
