“We had our wedding at Blenheim Hill Farm, and it was truly magical and everything we could have hoped for — and more. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make our weekend unforgettable. The staff — from owners Min and Morten, to managers Lawrence and Maria, to the entire day-of team — were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They weren’t just focused on the wedding details (which were executed perfectly) — they made sure we personally felt taken care of and completely at ease throughout the entire weekend. The food was exceptional — every dish was delicious, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. We received so many compliments about not just the food, but the entire staff and experience. We also loved the onsite housing and nearby accommodations, which made the day-of experience so easy and enjoyable. There is also an inside ceremony option, in our ballroom. Cocktail hour is enjoyed in the “home” part of the Manor with access to the wrap around porch and courtyard area with fire pit. The Manor provides two areas for a spectacular reception - an elegant setting with windows on several sides of the main ballroom to accommodate up to 150 guests or a tented reception on our lush landscaped grounds accommodating up to 250 guests. You may arrive four hours before your ceremony and get ready in our spacious bridal party suites. They were so accommodating and hard working, making our day feel personal and stress free. It was a huge help to have their vendor recommendations as a starting point, and all of the vendors were great too! I have had so many of our guests tell me how much they enjoyed the wedding, especially the food. Someone even told me that the steak was the best they ever had! All of the food was so good. I only hope someone I know decides to get married there so I can experience Mountainville Manor as a guest. Black Walnut Farm is a 34-acre historic estate in Saugerties, NY, where the Catskills meet the Hudson Valley and where weddings become full weekends of revelry. Settle in, welcome your favorite people, throw one hell of a party, and actually enjoy it all! Celebrate in our temperature-controlled 1891 barn with a four-foot disco ball, gather around the bonfire, and stay onsite in our 1747 farmhouse. 2027 Wedding Weekend Venue Fees are $13,500 off-season (Nov-April + July) and $16,500 prime season (May-June and Aug-Oct). A two-night farmhouse stay ($1,200/night) and 15% service fee apply; your welcome event has no additional site fee. Most couples plan for an overall wedding budget (including all outside vendors and services) of approximately $55,000–$100,000+. Our hospitality team is here throughout the weekend, taking care of the details so you can spend your time with your guests. “We recently had our wedding at The Barn at Black Walnut Farm, and it was extraordinary. From the moment we first toured the venue, we knew it was the perfect place for us. Jim and Sarah have poured so much heart and craftsmanship into restoring this historic barn, preserving its rustic charm while modernizing it in all the right places. 

The property itself is breathtaking, with thoughtfully designed spaces that make you feel completely immersed in nature. The rose garden and front yard provided great photo opportunities, not just for us but for all our guests.
 Our ceremony in the forest site was an absolute dream. The setting created a truly magical, intimate atmosphere. It was the most picturesque backdrop for such a meaningful moment, and we can’t imagine having said our vows anywhere else.
 The true gem of the property, however, is the historic house. Staying in this house was an unforgettable experience, and my family is already looking forward to returning for years to come.

“We cancelled our big wedding due to covid and we were planning to just show up at a local lake and have our wedding ceremony... that is until we saw Rokeby! Marina was very responsive and walked us around the property, which is absolutely exquisite. The grounds have several perfect ceremony locations (in front of the garden, mountain view, on the porch, in front of a very old beautiful tree) and Marina had the ceremony space set up exactly how we had asked. The experience was seamless and our guests continue to talk about how wonderful the estate is. Highly, highly recommend!”

My daughter had a vision of what she wanted her day to look like, and Kerri made it and more happen! The venue is unbelievably gorgeous. The staff is beyond compare and the food was top-notch delicious! I will forever be grateful to everyone at Fortune Valley Manor who helped make my daughter and son-in-law‘s day a memory that will last a lifetime.
