“Business Time was absolutely fantastic to work with for our wedding! From our very first call, their communication was easy, quick, and personable. They really took the time to understand our vision and preferences. On the day of, they fed off the energy of the crowd and kept the dance floor packed all night with their fun, musically talented performance that spanned all generations. One of the highlights was when they split my father-daughter dance, playing a sweet song for the first half and then transitioning into our favorite upbeat song "All Star" by Smashmouth, which got the whole wedding up and dancing. We couldn't have asked for a better band to make our special day so memorable.The morning after so many guests came up to us raving about how fun they had dancing and singing. From the B52’s Love Shack, Zombie by Cranberries, to Chapelle Roan Pink Pony club- Business Time absolutely rocked it. Not to mention the acoustics for the ceremony made my husband cry. They truly have such talent on all ends. Cannot not recommend them enough, they made our wedding so memorable.”

When looking for a string quartet for our wedding in June 2026, we listened to recordings from every available vendor in the Rockland County/Westchester area. Golden Scroll were not only the best sounding, but also were incredibly friendly, organized, and accommodating to our requests. Their song list is MASSIVE and yet they included learning two new songs at no extra charge to allow our playlist to be even more meaningful to us. Kevin was extremely responsive, and was less worried than we were about the 15% chance of rain on the day of the wedding. The performance itself was amazing and our guests raved about it all evening. They didn’t flinch when our robot flower girl came straight towards them! Couldn’t recommend hiring Golden Scroll more for your special event!”

Not only was he professional and organized, but he also brought an incredible energy to our wedding. For the ceremony and cocktail hour, we provided him with a specific music selection, and even though we never rehearsed together, he nailed it perfectly. During the reception, we gave him a playlist, and he struck the perfect balance between sticking to our choices and reading the crowd to keep everyone dancing. One highlight was when Joey G handed the microphone to people in the crowd, turning our reception into an impromptu karaoke party. It was a blast! He was not only fun and engaging but also very attentive to our needs. He asked how to pronounce each name correctly for the toasts, ensuring everything went smoothly. We requested that he not take song requests, and he respected our wishes completely. The sound quality was stellar, and his equipment setup was flawless. Joey G understood our need for clean music as we had many families with young children attending, yet he still kept the atmosphere lively and fun. The dance floor was packed with all 150 guests! Even though we booked them over a year out, Bruce and Christiana were always available and eager to answer any and all of our questions. There was a stark contrast between our slow dinnertime music and then our party dance music, which was EXACTLY what we envisioned. Sounds Buono is a boutique, modern DJ collective. Our company is based in the New England area, with a focus on unique weddings and events throughout the region. We’ve grown our outfit and are now comprised of a talented group of hand-selected artists, all special in their own right. We strive to surpass the typical DJ experience by combining vast musical knowledge, personality and style into one-of-a-kind yet inclusive performances. And you won’t find corny tunes, line-dancing or laser shows here (we’re sorry!) We want to offer something that’s a little different from the norm but still connects with you and all of your guests.

“My husband and I were married on 5/10/2025 and it was the greatest day of our lives and a big part of that was thanks to Joe and the Hudson Horns. Joe is easy to work with and extremely accommodating. We threw varying music tastes at him and requested to have him mix in Croatian music for our family and they knocked it out of the park. Joe truly has a gift. There was a perfect blend of music to keep people of all ages on the dance floor and it’s not the typical wedding music you’re used to. It was so refreshing to have a variety of different music rather than the same thing you hear at every wedding. From the time the dance floor opened, there was not a single person in their seats the whole time. Joe and the horns helped keep the energy high and everyone dancing. It’s been a month and we are still hearing from all of our guests about how good the music selection was and how they couldn’t get enough of the horns. Look no further and book Joe for your event- you won’t regret it. Also, highly recommend, getting the 4 piece horns to work alongside Joe. Separately Joe is fantastic and the horns are fantastic but together it is an experience like non-other.”

“Xtreme Soundz was the DJ for our August wedding and there are only good things to say about them as a team! Don’t get me wrong… when we initially booked with Xtreme Soundz and found out that Luis was not available to do our wedding, we were a little hesitant to book with Andrew since he was new to the Xtreme Soundz team, but on our wedding day, Andrew did not disappoint! Both, Luis and Andrew, were a part of the planning process from the beginning and made sure that everything was going to run smoothly the day of. During the planning process they used the app Vibo, which was an extremely convenient way for us to add songs to our wedding playlist and input other useful information so that they could create a timeline. On our wedding day, Andrew was professional, enthusiastic, and personable. He played most of the songs on our playlist as well as requests that were made by our guests to keep the party going all night. Andrew took every step to ensure that our wedding night was everything that we could’ve dreamed of and that not a minute was wasted.
