“My husband and I got married in August 2025 and hired Ashley for Wedding Coordination services. We knew we could handle much of the prep work ourselves but wanted a coordinator to ensure the wedding day ran smoothly so we didn't have to stress or manage logistics ourselves. Our experience working with Ashley from start to finish was fantastic and we would highly recommend her to other couples getting married. Ashley and I had multiple planning calls in the months leading up to our wedding to review details and tasks that I needed to accomplish in order to stay on track. As we got closer to the wedding Ashley began taking on coordination tasks such as putting together the wedding day timeline and reaching out to all my other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Throughout all these interactions she was on time, detail oriented, friendly, and followed up promptly with any action items (timeliness of email responses and follow up is a pain point I had with some other vendors throughout the wedding planning process, but not Ashley). When it came to the wedding weekend Ashley drove all the way to our venue location to run rehearsal and communicated frequent updates with me when she was running late due to traffic. Despite the delay we were still able to run the rehearsal quickly and get to our next event. On the wedding day itself Ashley kept all our vendors operating efficiently, set up our decor exactly as we asked, and jumped in to proactively manage a couple unforeseen bumps that occurred throughout the evening. At the end of the night she packed up everything and placed it in the bridal suite for us to pick up the next day. “Words do not begin to describe how incredible working with Brooke has been. We were originally having our wedding in St. Pete before finding out that our venue had cancelled less than 90 days before our date due to damages from the Hurricane. Brooke overextended herself and found multiple venues that were available for the same date knowing that was important to us. By the end of the week, she had set up multiple interviews which she attended and helped us secure our new venue at the Tampa EDITION which we ended up loving more than our original venue. Brooke was dependable and available whenever we had a question and kept open lines of communication. She is innovative and her organizational skills/attention to detail goes unmatched. She originally helped us plan a fun beach wedding and in less than three months pivoted to help us plan a formal affair. On our wedding day, Brooke and Ada did an amazing job with setting up the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces; we were in shock by how perfectly they enacted the vision we had in our heads for our wedding. During the wedding, they kept the timeline of events going and kept the vibes high while we were busying having an absolute blast with our friends and family. The audio guest book supplied by Brooke is an absolute must. Listening to everyone's messages a week after the wedding brought us so much joy and laughter; just imagine more chaotic messages as the drinks flow and the night progresses. We decided to include the photo booth last minute and am so happy we did as it was a complete hit with all of our guests throughout the entire night. “Samantha was a pleasure to work with from the planning stage to the coordination of our wedding day. In the two months prior to our wedding we realized it would make a world of difference to hire a coordinator and after speaking with a handful on the phone, Samantha was a clear stand out. She was easy to communicate with, encouraging of our ideas, and willing to do anything to make our day perfect. The biggest example of this was the need for someone to move 120 folding chairs from the ceremony site back into the barn for the reception so we wouldn’t need to rent extra chairs. We were open to the idea of renting but when we posed the question to Samantha she was adamant that it would be no issue for her and her assistant to handle. She made a detailed itinerary for the day that was also shared with vendors and our wedding day went off without a hitch (to our knowledge at least). Which is the beauty of hiring a planner - if anything did go wrong we were completely unaware and able to just enjoy our day. In our minds it was the most perfect day enjoyed with the people we love and we can’t thank Samantha and Ashley enough for bringing our vision to life!”
