We are conveniently located 12 minutes from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Our Main Hall can accommodate 300+ guests for a wedding. So, there is a minimum of 125 adults required to reserve this space. It has high ceilings with beautiful lighting, a large dance floor and built-in stage perfect for a live band or DJ. There is also an attached patio that overlooks a lake and fountain. Our wedding packages start at $68 per person and include appetizers, dinner, open bar, chair covers, centerpiece options and more! Briarwood Golf Club is an elegant yet affordable wedding venue that gives you the feeling of being in the countryside while also being within 15 minutes of downtown Cleveland. The clubhouse features a picturesque 18-hole golf course and a beautiful, timeless backdrop for special celebrations. Briarwood has an outdoor ceremony space with scenic views of the golf course, a white pergola and a stone fireplace. Venue 81 Eleven is our newest exclusive venue located in the heart of Brecksville, Ohio. We have a triad of facilities for use. The Main Hall can accomodate up to 300 guests. It's perfect for weddings, large corporate gatherings, and any big occasion. The Small Hall can accomodate up to 100 guests and is perfect for baby showers, wedding showers, small corporate meetings, anniversaries, and birthday parties. The Small Hall can also be used for wedding ceremonies. Our Outdoor Pavilion is the perfect summertime gathering spot. It can accomodate up to 200 guests for picnics, BBQ's, outdoor corporate gatherings, and large family reunions. The Pavilion can also be a beautiful place to get married. Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000 square foot warehouse sat empty for decades. The creative potential of the location caught our eye, and in 2016, we went to work to renovate the building. As event vendors ourselves, we designed The Madison to be the best parts of every cool venue we’ve ever worked from Seattle to New York City and Chicago to the Caribbean. In 2018, we reopened the restored space The Madison. We quickly gained acclaim from the area’s top event planners, community collaborators, and even local professional athletes. Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. (If you know of Lakewood, you know parking is a hot commodity)
