About this venue

Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000 square foot warehouse sat empty for decades. The creative potential of the location caught our eye, and in 2016, we went to work to renovate the building. As event vendors ourselves, we designed The Madison to be the best parts of every cool venue we’ve ever worked from Seattle to New York City and Chicago to the Caribbean. In 2018, we reopened the restored space The Madison. We quickly gained acclaim from the area’s top event planners, community collaborators, and even local professional athletes. As Northeast Ohio’s premier event venue, our mission is to cultivate human connection and life’s treasured moments. You’ll find it effortless to work with us and within the space so you can focus more on your goals – and your guests.

    First, let me just say from a DJ's perspective, The Madison has one of the EASIEST load ins of any venue I've ever worked at in the past. Plenty of space to pull in and park a trailer, several entry options...NO STAIRS...and large doorways. I legit look forward to working there! Now, on to the more important stuff :) Daryl and Anthony run the joint and they are two of my favorite "friendors" to work with; they are both very knowledgeable with multiple facets of the industry, laid back yet decisive, have impeccable taste, and are super easy to work with. You'll love them right out of the gate! The venue itself has multiple ceremony location options, a beautiful outdoor cocktail hour space, and different rooms to choose from depending on the size of your reception. Options, options, options! It's immaculately clean, the staff are fun and easy to work with, and the parking lot is huge! Trust me, as a DJ/Officiant that has worked at venues all over the place, you cannot go wrong with The Madison!

    So first off, this space is PERFECT because you can truly make it what you want. My hubby was born and raised in CLE and I am from out of town and guests from both sides were so incredibly impressed. There is so much room to create exactly your vision and the team there is top notch. Daryl and Anthony literally made our CLE dreams come true. Their flexibility, attention to detail and just pure love for what they do is evident and every staff member is the exact same! They never said no and made all our wild ideas come true for our wedding. Mini putt putt course? Done. HUGE dance floor with a massive ceiling installation to create the party vibe? Check. Pop-a-shot basketball hoop? Go for it! Daryl and Anthony have been in the industry for a minute and know all the best connections and vendors and literally helped our dream day come true! Oh, we also planned this from out of state and it went off without a hitch. 10/10 recommend to everyone. Literally the BEST! We miss their team already! Such a pleasure to have worked with them all!
