Sausalitos made my night the best ever!! The best food and sweetest staff made sure it was a night to remember! Not a glass was empty all night and everything was kept clean and tidy!! Would recommend them to anyone!!

My husband and I recently hired Sausalito for our wedding, and they truly exceeded every expectation. From the first tasting to the final bite on our big day, their team was professional, attentive, and incredibly talented!! The food was outstanding - beautifully presented, full of flavor, and served right on time. We are still raving about the Chicken Roulade and the Glazed Baby Carrots! They made sure everything ran smoothly - truly letting us relax and enjoy our day! We couldn't have been happier with our choice, and highly recommend Sausalito to any couple looking for delicious food and superb service for their special day! :)

Sausalito Catering was a fantastic choice for our wedding catering. From our first interaction, their communication was quick, friendly, and informative, putting us at ease throughout the planning process. On the day of, their team was incredibly flexible, professional, and consistent, mindfully checking in with us throughout the night to ensure every aspect from the appetizers to the dessert was executed perfectly. They truly helped make our special day seamless and unforgettable. We highly recommend Sausalito Catering to any couple looking for top-notch catering for their wedding.

Attended a ticketed private event here tonight. Music and atmosphere were great. However, the food was overpriced and the portion sizes were VERY small. My Chicken Alfredo was not cooked to anything even close to the proper temperature, sauce was thin and runny, broccoli was uncooked, hard, and rubbery and almost no chicken in it. The manager was VERY rude! Kept coming back to our table demanding we pay our checks the exact second he wants us to so he can "close out the table", reaching over people without saying excuse me when pre- bussing our table and not even bothering to ask if we're finished with what he's trying to take. Where did they find this guy? In a Cracker Jack box? I would NOT recommend eating here unless you're dealing directly with the catering staff only. If I ever attend another ticketed event here, I will go to my local Wendy's and eat a meal that's actually worth what I 'm being charged for it before I arrive. Worst customer service in the Downtown Cleveland Area ever!

This review is specifically for our private-property backyard wedding and catering experience! We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Babu, Kennifer, Charlotte, and the entire Sausalito team. From the planning process through our wedding day, we felt completely taken care of, and we are genuinely so impressed by the level of service they were able to provide outside of the restaurant. Our wedding was held on private property, so there were a lot of moving pieces involved in creating the upscale backyard wedding we envisioned. Babu took the time to do a walkthrough of the property with us beforehand, and from that point on, we felt like we were in incredibly capable hands. He listened to our vision, made us feel comfortable and confident, and provided professional direction exactly when we needed it. He has so much experience and knowledge, but delivers it in such a kind and reassuring way. Truly just an outstanding guy and an absolute pleasure to work with. We also want to give a special thank you to Charlotte, who was such a wonderful part of our planning experience. She was with us for our tasting and our venue walkthrough, and we absolutely loved working with her. She has such a fun, calming energy and made us feel reassured and confident that everything was going to come together beautifully. We were so appreciative of her guidance and the care she put into helping us prepare for the day. And we have to give an extra special thank you to Kennifer. She stepped in last minute as our day-of manager, and we genuinely could not be more grateful that she did. She was SPECTACULAR. From the moment she stepped in, Kennifer made us feel calm, comfortable, and completely taken care of. She has the kind of energy that immediately makes you feel like, “Okay, she’s got this.” And she absolutely did. Her attention to detail was incredible, her personality was stellar, and she handled everything with such confidence and positivity. On a day when there are a million little things happening behind the scenes, having someone who made us feel like she could handle absolutely anything was invaluable. We were also genuinely blown away by the catering itself. Their team came directly to our property and cooked everything on-site for us, and the food was incredible. Everything came out fresh, the timing was great, and the entire operation felt seamless and professional. Being able to provide that level of food and service for 140 people at a private-property wedding is incredibly impressive, and they executed it beautifully. What really stood out to us was that this team didn’t just show up and provide a service, they genuinely contributed to how wonderful our entire wedding experience felt. Everyone had the best attitudes, smiles on their faces, and overall contributed a positive energy to our day. My husband and I were able to be present, enjoy our guests, and soak in our day because we fully trusted the people working behind the scenes. We are incredibly thankful to Babu, Charlotte, Kennifer, and the entire team. From the tasting and walkthrough to bringing everything to our property, cooking on-site, coordinating the day, and executing the entire event, we consistently felt supported and in capable hands. The food, timing, professionalism, attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care we experienced were outstanding. We are honestly just so impressed with everything they were able to provide for our wedding and could not recommend them more highly!
