Hi, I’m Rachael, owner of Bites on Board! I have always loved bringing creativity, beautiful presentation, and attention to detail into food and entertaining. That passion was inspired in large part by my mom, who was the ultimate party planner and taught me the little details are often what make an event feel truly special. We specialize in beautifully styled charcuterie for weddings and celebrations throughout Northeast Ohio. From individual charcuterie cups and minis to full grazing tables, I love creating something that not only tastes amazing but also becomes part of the overall look of your wedding. It is such a privilege to be trusted with a small piece of someone’s wedding day, and I put genuine care into every order I create.

I love incorporating a couple’s colors, style and overall vision into the presentation, using beautiful displays, varying heights and special details to make the food feel like part of the décor. I also offer flexible options for different wedding styles and guest counts, including mini and standard charcuterie cups, veggie cups, boards and full grazing tables. Whether you’re celebrating with 50 guests or 200+, every order receives the same attention to detail.
