About Hands & Hearts Event Decor

Sara Ragone

Owner

At Hands & Hearts Event Decor, we believe the little details are what bring your celebration to life. We create custom wedding décor designed around your style, vision, and day—from beautiful flower bar experiences and personalized seating charts to balloon displays, backdrops, custom signage, florals, and those extra finishing touches that make your event feel complete. Whether you need one special statement piece or help bringing multiple details together, we’re here to make your celebration beautiful, personal, and uniquely yours.

What sets Hands & Hearts apart is our personalized, detail-focused approach. We don’t believe wedding décor should feel one-size-fits-all. We work with each couple to create pieces that complement their vision, venue, and budget—whether it’s a custom seating chart, interactive flower bar, statement backdrop, balloon installation, personalized signage, or the small details that tie everything together. Big or small, every detail is handled with care so you can enjoy a celebration that truly feels like you.

    Perfect Seating Chart

Working with Hands & Hearts Event Decor took so much stress off our shoulders, especially when they stepped up to create the seating chart for our 270 guests. From our first conversation, we knew we'd made the right choice—their communication was prompt and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. What really impressed us was how dynamic they were when we needed to adjust our vision closer to the wedding day. They didn't push back or make us feel rushed; they just got it done and made it beautiful. The quality of their work was exceptional, and it was clear they genuinely cared about bringing our ideas to life. We can't recommend Hands & Hearts enough to couples looking for a decor team that's both creative and truly invested in making your day special.

    Bridal shower /wedding

We worked with Hands & Hearts Event Decor and couldn't have been happier with how they brought our vision to life. From the first conversation, their team was prompt and professional, answering every question we had with genuine care. The decor they created was stunning—elegant and artistic in every detail, with special touches throughout that made our day feel truly unique. They stayed calm under pressure and executed everything exactly as we imagined it would look. The value we got for what we paid was incredible, and honestly, their work was one of the highlights of our wedding. We'd recommend them to any couple looking for decor that's both beautiful and thoughtfully designed.

    Charity Dinner

Hands & Hearts Event Decor did an amazing job with our fundraiser! From start to finish, the attention to detail was incredible. They handled our table settings, dessert tables, and room décor, and everything came together beautifully. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional, and the entire space looked polished, welcoming, and perfectly coordinated. Sara was wonderful to work with—professional, creative, organized, and attentive to every little detail. She took our ideas and brought them to life while also adding special touches we never would have thought of ourselves. The quality of her work truly stood out, and you could tell how much care she put into making sure everything looked just right.
