    Charity Dinner

They handled our table settings, dessert tables, and room décor, and everything came together beautifully. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional, and the entire space looked polished, welcoming, and perfectly coordinated. Sara was wonderful to work with—professional, creative, organized, and attentive to every little detail. Our Bloom Bars are a guest favorite, creating a beautiful and interactive experience for weddings, showers and special occasions. We also design custom seating charts, welcome signs, remembrance signs, and displays tailored to your event and style. From balloons, backdrops, draping and florals to table styling, dessert displays and personalized décor, we can style your entire celebration from big statement pieces to the smallest finishing touches.
A Bloom Bar is an interactive floral experience where guests select flowers and create their own bouquet to take home. We can customize the experience with florals, displays, signage, wrapping, draping and other special details.
Yes! Custom seating charts are one of our specialty services. We can create everything from elegant linen and acrylic displays to freestanding statement pieces, personalized boards and other creative designs tailored to your wedding style.
Absolutely! We can handle one special detail or help style your celebration from beginning to end. We love bringing all the individual elements together so your event feels cohesive and thoughtfully designed.

Absolutely. Inspiration photos are a great starting point! We’ll work with your ideas, colors, venue and budget to create a design inspired by your vision while making it unique to your celebration.
Yes. Depending on the services you select, we can provide delivery, professional setup and post-event pickup/takedown so you can enjoy your celebration without worrying about the décor. Based on the location, a travel fee may apply.
Yes! We’re happy to coordinate with your venue, planner and other vendors regarding setup times, placement and event logistics to help everything come together smoothly.
