I truly cannot thank Courtney & Kim enough for executing my PERFECT wedding day! I HIGHLY recommend them for any planning and coordination services!!! When they say Perfectly Paired, they mean it -- they are an awesome team that creates the perfect experience. For context, I booked them for day-of coordination for my April 11th wedding in Ybor City. From our initial consultation call, I already knew they were incredible industry experts in this field; they're extremely professional, great communicators, and confident in their knowledge base. They knew all the right questions to ask and details to confirm. I had planned most of the wedding details/logistics by that time, but I loved having their expertise to confirm that everything was a good plan and would seem to work well logistically. I really needed assistance with executing plans, personal items, and decor placement, which were within their scope. I DIY'd a lot of my decor, but in order to fully enjoy the day, my family needed help and guidance on that front to get everything placed. They truly went above and beyond. The day before, they did a great job of ensuring our rehearsal went smoothly and that the ceremony would look the way I had envisioned. On wedding day, they literally came to our house to pick up & drive our U-Haul of decor to the venue - then, unloaded it and placed all of our decor, while also still perfectly managing vendors and our bridal party. Everything on our timeline went perfectly. They did an incredible job of managing our large bridal party and family members to ensure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time. They even made sure we had drinks from the bar once we arrived at cocktail hour. They reminded us when to go have our private dinner so we wouldn't miss our chance to eat and have that moment alone together. To make our sunset pictures at the right time, they helped us move a couple of things around, and that went flawlessly. I'm sure several things went wrong that day, but I wouldn't know because everything was taken care of. They're just superheroes, to be honest. My husband and I truly were able to have the BEST day of our lives and we owe it all to them!

So, I feel after allllllll the people I came across on my bridal journey, this is my most important review I want everyone who reads, to take into consideration everything I am saying. Picture this: So, I’m about 2 months away from my wedding. All the big decisions and deadlines are rolling in, vendors are either trying to take advantage of me, blowing me off and not responding or giving very little guidance. It got to the point where I’m thinking…this isn’t fun anymore. I realized then I needed some professional help. Forget those “day of coordinators” your venue offers. They work for the venue and not for you at the end of the day. I searched social media and read a billion recommendations and comments before landing on Astonishing events. I reached out to Stephanie and she got to me right away, which is super refreshing when no one else involved in the wedding is responding back in a timely manner. She talked about everything she offers, her pricing, how it works and even listened to me complain about everything, much like a therapist would. You won’t find a more genuine, helpful person on this journey…I promise you. By the time was all said and done I wished I could have added her as a bridesmaid. lol There is no limit to the hats she wears. She does it all! She handled all the vendors that were dragging their feet and made them jump. She sorted out my highly inflamed floral quote and saved me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. That alone paid for her services and then some. She got permits figured out the day of my wedding that the venue was giving me a hard time about. She literally repotted all my isle flowers, made sure everything was okay with me in the bridal suite, guided everyone during the day, set up a TON of decor. Which by the way, she has her own catalog of things you can rent at a FRACTION of the prices these other places will charge you. She’s the friend everyone needs. She’s is either a super hero or has a stunt double that is also a super hero. I haven’t decided yet. I don’t know how she did it but she made my wedding everything I ever dreamed of and wished it would be. I can’t say enough good about her. Astonishing Events is who you need. End of story. My husband and I hired Angie for decor services for our intimate backyard Indian wedding ceremony and lunch reception at Willa’s in Tampa. What initially started as simply repurposing our ceremony decor for the lunch reception quickly turned into us adding additional services such as live florals and tablescaping - and we are so glad we did. Planning a wedding from out of state can be stressful, but Angie was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and always took the time to answer any questions we had. I was able to share our inspiration and vision with her, and she executed everything beautifully and exactly how we imagined it. Angie and Brooke also helped tremendously with cleanup after the lunch and even created small bouquets from the florals for our guests to take home, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. We truly could not recommend Angie and her team at 42 Lights enough. They helped make our small wedding feel so beautiful, seamless, and special.

We LOVED working with Brittany. We had monthly meetings with her for over a year, from the venue search phase to the handoff to our month-of coordinator, and she was so helpful. She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). And an added bonus is that she’s fun to hang out with lol—we really enjoyed our monthly meetings!! Would absolutely recommend the Venlist (and Brittany specifically)!

Julie came into our wedding preparation life after I had to let go of our first wedding planner (and let’s just say my spirits were low and some funds were already lost to paying our first vendor who was not a good fit to put it nicely). The universe had thrown us our saving grace in getting Julie as once she was onboard everything fell into place seamlessly. She was born to be planner. Organized, efficient, positive, calm, prepared and professional, Julie helped us achieve the most magical day that we will look back on with fondness for the rest of our lives. We had zero hiccups day of the event and that was thanks to Julie. She handles everything with such grace that even if things were starting to go off track you wouldn’t know as Julie resolves any issues as they arrive like a stealth ninja.  Mind you we were trying to plan a wedding in San Diego while living in Reno in 6 months time since we lost months to the first planner and didn’t have anything to show for it. Also we were planning a full Latin Catholic mads at one location and reception at a second approximately 30 minutes away. We came down 2 times before the event to do tastings and review venue/decor/DJ/photography/videography/florals. Julie made itineraries for us and we knocked one thing off the list after another with ease and smiles. If you are on the fence as to whether you should get a planner or not I will tell you that it is WELL worth it and if you get Julie S. you’ve hit the jackpot. She truly did create The Best Wedding for us and cannot recommend her highly enough.

From ensuring the DJ played the right songs at the right parts to the timeline, to the cocktail hour and reception, and sparkler exit and much much more, like signature drinks and memorial pieces. Every detail was perfect and executed amazingly!!! Did I mention we planned all this in about a week!? Rachel worked non-stop for us to ensure we had the best day ever. We texted and spoke daily and she responded so promptly whenever a thought popped in my head. P.S. my officiant was also my good friend and this was his first wedding. We had no idea the parts of the wedding or the ceremony and Rachel helped me keep him on track and even provided a template and reviewed our draft of the ceremony days before.
