To fulfill his dreams, he opened up India House Restaurant in Schaumburg, Illinois in 1993. Our Schaumburg location is now a banquet and catering facility. Our newest creation is Bombay Chopsticks, featuring Indo-Chinese cuisine. It's located next to our Hoffman Estates India House location. I am a private Sushi Chef with more than a decade of experience. I first learned the Japanese Art of Sushi in Venezuela. I continued practicing this multidisciplinary craft in 3 countries before I settled in Chicago, IL, where I live now. Sushi making is a very personal experience for me and I enjoy creating something unique with the food colors, textures, temperatures, and flavors.
