We chose this venue specifically for its stunning on-site ceremony space, distinctive layout, and spectacular gardens. Throughout the planning process, communication was excellent, with prompt responses to all our questions. The pricing was transparent, and there were no surprises.

Aberdeen- specially Renee and Trey did such a great job working with us for our double wedding. It was something new to them and they did a great job with communication and being upfront about what needed to be done and what they needed from us. The day of our wedding Renee made sure my sister and I were taken cared of and we only we did what we wanted to not what others wanted. Trey did a fantastic job with our decor for our Harry Potter theme wedding. He brought to life our vision in the best way and made it better. If I could do this all over again I would go back to Aberdeen their team gives such great support and helped us with everything along the way. If we had a question they always got back to our emails or calls.

We could not imagine a more ideal venue to have hosted our intimate wedding reception. The PD by Sepia team was hospitable and communicative from start to finish. Every interaction during planning made us feel like this was a well-oiled machine, and even with these high expectations, we were blown away on our wedding day. The Walden team was hands down the best team we could have ever worked with for our wedding! We could have never planned such an amazing event and weekend on our own. From the contracting process through planning to the wedding day, the planners and the extended Walden team (food, bar) were absolutely amazing to work with. The planners offered really amazing and insightful options and ideas for vendors and design/decor, and kept us on track with all the planning elements. They did not leave anything out! One of our favorite nights with the team was the tasting, where we brought out families to taste the food & drink options and see various linen, lighting and decor options. Not to mention, the space itself is beautiful! My bridesmaids and I got ready in the bridal suite which was perfect. We loved that the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception/dancing spaces were distinctly separate - no "flipping the room". 12/10 would recommend the Walden to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

We knew from the first visit that Bartlett Hills was the perfect venue for us! We had our belated wedding reception/anniversary party and Evan and his staff were just so amazing to work with. He made everything so seamless from all of the decisions we needed to make to all of the communication leading up to the big day. Any questions we had were responded to promptly and every little change we had, even during the event, Evan was able to handle with such professionalism and care. He even recommended an awesome DJ for us that we absolutely loved and were so grateful for the information as we were terrible with any sort of planning. Evan truly loves what he does and we couldn't have asked for a better person to help run our event. The food is DELICIOUS. All of our guests were raving about the food we had picked out and were just loving the venue as a whole. We decided to choose the buffet style to make it a more relaxed setting and they even had little decorations for each station which was such a nice touch. We chose the 4 station option which was PLENTY of food for our 160 guests and it even came with passed hors d'oeuvres, a dessert table, and an open bar. We were allowed to bring some traditional desserts provided by some family members and the staff was so accommodating in displaying them when the time came. They even provided to-go boxes for the food and desserts for our guests to take home. Before the party, golf carts were provided so we could take some pictures on the grounds and an assistant was with us the whole time to make sure we knew where to go and where all the best spots were. As far as cost which I know is a huge factor in choosing venues, Bartlett Hills was the cheapest we found with more amenities so how can you look anywhere else! There is no venue fee and we only paid per person for the buffet food with hors d'oeuvres and open bar at no extra charge. Table centers with fresh flowers were also provided free of charge and their front room is already nicely decorated. Evan also stayed throughout the entire event to make sure everything ran smoothly so you don't even need a day of planner. We did choose a Sunday date during off season in April so we also got a discount as well as an extra hors d'oeuvre included. I can't recommend this venue enough and know you will have an amazing time if you have your event here!

Our experience hosting our wedding at Bay Pointe was absolutely incredible. From the start, the tour was incredibly informative, organized and straight forward. You knew exactly what you were getting (without all the hidden wedding fees and extras you aren’t told about). While wedding planning, our wedding team (Mariesa and Juno), was in constant communication with us, provided us with every detail imaginable (even small things we didn’t think about). They provided advice and direction while accommodating our specific needs. They provide you with everything you need to make your day go smoothly. The work they put into our day took so much stress off our plate. The weekend of went perfectly, hugely due to the Bay Pointe staff. Our coordinator, Stephanie, was amazing. She hosted our rehearsal and gave us peace of mind going into the big day. On the wedding day, not only did she make sure that everything ran perfectly, she was constantly going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, checking in with to see if we needed anything. She even grabbed us drinks and food when we needed it! She was incredible. The rest of the staff was also fantastic. They were friendly and made sure everyone was having a good time. These few highlights only touch the surface of what made our wedding weekend at Bay Pointe so special. They truly go above and beyond. I will be recommending Bay Pointe to anyone i know looking for a wedding venue!
