My husband and I decided last minute we wanted a winter wedding. We contacted JG and they were SO fast to get us in to talk (we waited weeks and weeks to hear back from other venues..) and Deb and her staff were nothing short of welcoming and amazing. They seriously made our day PERFECT. I can truly say I was only stressed about having nothing to do because this venue truly does it all for you and makes your dream wedding come true. There wasn’t a single thing I thought later that I wish we had done- they truly have everything covered. The amount of compliments we got throughout the night about the food and the staff was also heartwarming. Knowing we were getting taken care of so well but also our guests made the night just that much better. Not only did we have a perfect wedding, but we also gained life long family with Deb because of how sweet and caring she is. We didn’t want the wedding to end because we wouldn’t get to see and talk to Deb all the time! Truly the best venue ever. If you are struggling for a venue- look no further. This is the perfect venue

Our wedding at Meyer's Castle was nothing short of magical, and we owe so much of that to our incredible coordinator, Eva.

From day one, Eva was organized, thoughtful, and so genuinely caring. She made sure every detail was in place and that everything ran smoothly--not just behind the scenes, but for me personally as the bride. The day was beautiful, but hot, and Eva went above and beyond to make sure I stayed comfortable and calm. At one point when I was feeling overheated, she literally helped pin my hair up herself. That kind of kindness, grace, and hands-on support is something I'll never forget.

Meyer's Castle was the most stunning backdrop to our big day. The grounds are breathtaking, the atmosphere is so elegant, and our guests were completely blown away by the beauty of it all. Every part of the venue felt like it was straight out of a fairytale--from the ceremony setting to the castle charm that made the whole day feel surreal.

I truly can't imagine having done this without Eva by our side. She was a calm in the chaos, a true professional, and someone who genuinely cared about making our day perfect.

If you're thinking about booking Meyer's Castle--do it. And if you're lucky enough to have Eva as your coordinator, just know you're in the best hands. I'll be forever grateful for her and this dreamy venue that brought our love story to life.

Whenever we encountered any problems or challenges, the Haley Mansion team was quick to present alternative solutions, and they even provided us with a day-of time keeper to ensure the ceremony ran smoothly. We loved working with our wedding coordinator, whose bubbly personality was everything we could have hoped for. The only thing we wish is that they had allowed her to stay with us on the day of the wedding, as she was the one we were expecting to be by our side throughout the entire event. The Grand Ballroom at Joliet Union Station was literally our dream venue. Not only was everyone so easy to work with, but the space was so beautiful. We had so many guests (including a chef) who said that the food was the best they’d ever had at a wedding. We also got so many compliments on the beauty of our venue.
