“Elegante Cuisine is one of the higher end catering companies in the area, so this was a splurge for us, but one that we do not regret. Good food and good music are two of the biggest factors in the guest experience, so it was worth it to us. Our tasting was awesome; their menu options are extensive but all the dishes seemed to be executed perfectly. They had catered at our venue many times, and seemed highly competent. During and since the wedding, many of our friends and family have raved to us that it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding. Our entrees were the chicken asiago and the stuffed peppers (sooo good!). On the wedding day, Elegante staff took great care of us, even making sure we had hot, full plates and an assortment of our cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres ready when we entered the reception space. We worked with Trisha, who at times did not respond very effectively or efficiently to our questions/concerns/requests, but overall we are very happy with the services we received and us and all the guests were certainly well fed.”
