About this venue

The Willowhaven Nature Park is a restored 1900's barn that transforms into a spectacular location to host graduation parties, small weddings, bridal or baby showers, family gatherings, or business retreat. Large room with tables and chairs is available at limited times and the facility can accommodate up to 95 guests*. Alcohol is permitted with proper permit and additional fees. Willowhaven park also has outdoor rentals available at our amphitheater, gardens and picnic pavilion.

Yes, parking is immediately next to the venue - including handicap spaces. All parking is free of charge.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible at the indoor and outdoor venues.
Cancellation of a rental made 90 days in advance of the event will receive a full refund. Cancelations made prior to 30 days of event will receive a 50% refund. After 30 days no refunds will be issued.
Yes, fees and insurance are required. Refundable deposit of $500 is required is alcohol will be consumed.

There are 2 areas, the Barn Venue and the Pavilion.
The Barn has a maximum capacity of 95 people while the Pavilion has a maximum capacity of 250.
This covered Pavilion / Picnic area is for large outside groups. Whether that be Company Picnics, Family events of all types, Weddings & Receptions. Around the Pavilion we have grass areas for games & even Bounce Houses.
Barn at $175.00 per hour or packages, like Wedding/Reception 2 day package $2600.00. The Pavilion at starting $150.00 for 6 hours or all day $350.00
