About this venue

Crooked Creek Whitetails Estate is an elegant & rustic venue tucked away in the beauty of nature. Owners Randy and Kelli Marsh started Crooked Creek Whitetails, LLC in 2011 as a whitetail hunting preserve. Our mission is to provide a stunning, peaceful outdoor setting tailored to our guest's innovative event details, helping to make the occasion as perfect as they have imagined it!

    Amazing!

    We are so glad we chose Crooked Creek as our wedding venue. I honestly don't know how they do it, but Kelli and her staff worked so hard to make our wedding day (and the entire weekend) perfect for us. And yet they make it seem effortless! They are without a doubt the best venue in the area. It is gorgeous, so much is included, and they go above and beyond in every way. Thank you so much Kelli - we are grateful for you and your team!

    Worth it!!

    From our first visit to Crooked Creek Whitetails Estate, we knew we had found our venue. The space is stunning and gave us the freedom to customize every detail to fit our vision. The team really impressed us with their design expertise and thoughtful questions that helped us plan things we hadn't even considered yet. What stood out most was how detail-oriented they were throughout the entire process. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful and comfortable the venue felt, and honestly, we couldn't agree more. Choosing Crooked Creek was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day.

    The entire team at Crooked Creek is absolutely amazing. Kelli is such a wonderful person and you can tell she really loves bringing every bride and grooms vision to life. Cannot recommend this venue enough!

    10/10 would recommend!

    Kelli and her husband were SO helpful. They did so much to make sure we had a perfect day and that everything looked gorgeous. Kelli was so creative at helping me pick out floral arrangements and décor (not my cup of tea) which took a lot of pressure of my shoulders as a bride. I was able to customize my reception so that it was still very elegant, yet outdoorsy. The convenience of having an outdoor dance floor was perfect for the beautiful September wedding we had. Guests were able to be indoors or outdoors and the elderly people were able to avoid the loud music if they wanted to, and there was plenty of space for everyone to move around. The entire property is such a beautiful place to walk around as well! From the lake to the wildflower field, there are TONS of great pic ops. As a bride that was very important to me and Kelli personally escorted my bridal party around as we got pictures anywhere we wanted on the property. Kelli was always prompt and friendly whenever I had any questions and overall both her and her husband made the whole process go smoothly. I can't recommend this place enough! By the time our wedding was all over, my husband and I felt like family and we can't wait to go back and visit!

Bar Service: is available as a cash or hosted bar and staffed with bartenders. Due to state and local regulations, you are not allowed to have guests serve themselves or otherwise have any type of ‘bring your own’ alcohol arrangements including but not limited to “tailgating” from their vehicles. Must purchase alcohol from CCWE to be consumed on property for legal reasons for all events.
Yes, we have a large lighted parking area. Included in our two and 3-Day packages is a Parking attendant.
Yes, however, our venue is fully insured. We require the bride and groom to purchase event liability insurance coverage with a minimum of $1,000,000 per single incident and not less than $2,000,000 in aggregate coverage, which names Crooked Creek Whitetails Estate, LLC as an insured party for the two or three days package events. This will keep our brides and grooms safe.
Our packages are 2-Day or 3-Day packages. For example, you arrive at 9:00 AM on Friday Morning and check out at 12:30 AM on Sunday Morning for the 2-Day package or 11:00 AM for the 3-Day package.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have a ramp to the outdoor space, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
