Picture The Reserve: A grand 3-story high, open space adorned with magnificent marble flooring, grand columns, wooden bar and more! The space is delicately illuminated by its restored, original fixtures made dimmable to create the perfect ambiance for your special day. Above, an ornate wood ceiling imported from Germany adds a touch of timeless elegance. The Reserve a Grand Venue or The Reserve is a glamorous event space, opening August of 2025. Located inside The Banc apartment building in Hammond, IN, the 3-story high event space is coming back to life! With a separate entrance leading into the venue, our space will seat up to 250 guests and have room capacity for up to 350 guests, for a cocktail style event.

100-year-old, historic banking hall turned grand event space.

Impressive 38-foot ceilings grace the grand hall, providing an awe-inspiring and airy atmosphere. Hand-carved ornate wood ceiling, imported from Germany, adding old-world charm. Stately facade and elegant interiors. The breathtaking three-story windows flood the space with natural light, to reveal the magnificent marble flooring and original lighting fixtures. Architectural details line the building, including Limestone accents that highlight the building’s historic character.

    Stunning Architecture and Space!

    Our tour included fascinating stories of the building’s past. The stunning architecture from the early 1900s, including a beautiful ceiling that was imported from Germany. This iconic structure is being lovingly brought back to life with modern elegance while honoring its historic charm. Every detail from the beautiful lighting with dimmers, soaring ceilings, to the intricate hand painted moldings and massive windows. This felt like a perfect blend of old-world grandeur and contemporary design. The vision behind The Reserve is truly inspiring. It’s more than just a venue, it’s a revival of local heritage and a place where unforgettable memories will be made. We could immediately picture our wedding here, surrounded by loved ones in a space that feels both timeless and unique.

Once a grand bank, now being thoughtfully and beautifully restored into a breathtaking event space. The team has clearly poured their heart into every decision, and it shows. The full amount is due 30 days before your event date. We accept check, Zelle & online ACH and Credit Card payments through our payment portal. Inquire about our financing options.

Our liquor license does not allow us to accept outside alcohol. Instead, we have an amazing, customizable bar menu!
A Friday or Saturday full day venue rental is from 10 AM to 11 PM (13 hours) in accordance with local noise ordinances. A Sunday- Thursday full day venue rental is from 10 AM – 10 PM CST (12 hours) in accordance with local noise ordinances. All contents brought in by the Host(s) must be completely removed and the building will be locked at the event’s end time. When renting the entire venue, you are entitled to use the venue space, with restrooms, tables and chairs for groups of up to 250 provided. Additional hours may be available.

The Reserve is located on the ground floor and is ADA accessible. There are designated handicap parking spaces, as well.
Once a deposit has been received, we consider the date to be booked and remove it from our availability calendar. Cancellation of the event after the 5-day grace period has passed will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. In the event of any federal, state or local statute, ordinance or executive order, included but not limited to a pandemic, that would prevent the Host from using the space on the Event Date, the agreement may terminate, and the Owner will reimburse the Host for monies paid less an administrative fee.
All clients are kindly required to secure event liability insurance. This coverage helps protect both you and the venue in case of any unexpected mishaps and ensures your special day goes smoothly. The policy must include property damage and bodily injury coverage with a minimum limit of $1,000,000. We include this host liability insurance in your package and handle this detail on your behalf.
