We recently hosted our wedding at Hiddenbrooke Hills in mid-March, and I cannot say enough amazing things about the entire experience. From the very first planning meeting to the final moments of the night, every single person on the team was on their A game. The event ran so smoothly that we were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. Tay, our event coordinator, was incredible. She was completely on top of everything and had the venue set up exactly as we had discussed. No detail was overlooked. Her calm, organized presence gave us total confidence that the day would be perfect. Eric, the banquet captain, went above and beyond in every way. Not only did he keep us perfectly on schedule all night, but he also personally took care of my husband and me the entire evening. He made sure our parents always had a drink in hand and plenty of delicious food. His attention to detail and genuine warmth made the reception feel seamless and special. The head chef and kitchen team absolutely knocked it out of the park with the food. It was BOMB (do yourself a favor and do the buffet options). Our guests are still raving about the meal! The bartenders were fantastic, friendly, efficient, and always keeping the drinks flowing perfectly. The rest of the event staff were equally impressive: professional, attentive, and quick to help with anything that came up. They anticipated needs before we even realized them. At the end of the night, everything was handled with care all of our personal items were safely placed in our car, and every last detail was settled so we could end the evening without a single worry. This venue and its team turned our wedding into a truly unforgettable celebration. The level of service, coordination, and heart from everyone involved was extraordinary. We felt like VIPs the entire weekend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring our vision to life. Thank you to Tay, Eric, the head chef, the bartenders, the event staff, and every person behind the scenes. You all made our wedding day magical. We will happily recommend Hiddenbrooke Hills to anyone looking for a top-tier venue with a superstar team!

I was very pleased with the whole process from organizing the event to the day of the event itself. I had an art gallery show and celebration of living. The staff was quick to reply to my emails and generous with their support. The day of the art exhibit the staff was helpful and kind. They kept an eye on me better than my own family, bringing me food and drinks. The food was good and I had 7 passed appetizers and a prime rib carving station. I was so happy and impressed with my choice of venue.

Redwood Canyons by Wedgewood Weddings is a venue I would highly recommend. When I was looking for a place to have my wedding I kept coming back to Redwood Canyons based initially on how beautiful the ceremony site was in the pictures. After doing some research I saw that the venue offered packages based on budgets that would help provide everything else we would need. I went for the first meeting and met with Allison. Allison ended up helping us through out the planning and day of process. She was wonderful. Allison explained all the packages and helped me customize one to fit my needs and budget, I did not have to have anything I didn’t need and I got everything I wanted for the budget I had. I was a little concerned that only having 3 months to plan the wedding would make things hard but Allison said no problem and it was not a problem. The wedding we perfect. Guests are still talking about how good the food was and how beautiful the Ceremony and Reception locations was. I would and have recommended this venue to friends and family. They will take are of all your needs and take the stress of wedding planning from you.

I had my wedding here at Fairview Metropolitan and it was the MOST AMAZING DAY EVER! For starters Angela Muse helped us from start to finish on planning our day and every little detail in between! She was amazing to work with, she was clear, communicative, friendly and organized which is everything you want when you are planning your wedding! When I arrived at my reception I was blown away by the decor and how beautiful every detail was! Thank you so much Angela for all of your hard work and support in making my dream reception!!! The vendors that are connected to Fairview that I opted into having was DJ Keel and Ting at Montclair Florist. DJ Keel was a phenomenal MC and met with us ahead of time to get an idea of how we wanted our wedding MC'd as well as what we wanted our music to be like and let me tell you he achieved it!!! My guests were laughing, entertained and raving about the music all night! Thank you Dj Keel! I coordinated with Ting from Montclair Florist and although we did not talk much I have to say my bouquet and center pieces were the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen! The flowers were stunning and she ran with the ideas I had and made it the most beautiful arrangement ever!! My guests were raving about the food and we were so supported by KeeKee our Banquet Manager! She checked in on us and made sure we were good throughout our reception! Book with Fairview you will not regret it the venue is beautiful and open, the tented pavilion is gorgeous, the food is delicious and the staff are phenomenal!!! Thank you Fairview for making the reception of my dreams!!!!

Obviously going into wedding planning everything is overwhelming and seems to come at you fast, we toured a few venues but when touring with Lindsey it was so much more of a personal connection and care shown than any other venue. Lindsey and her team truly do focus on you and your vision and take the time to get to know you so they can create the perfect wedding day for you.
