Hiring Natalie as our month-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My only regret is not bringing her on for partial planning, because she was that incredible. I was extremely stressed throughout the planning process, but once we hit that one-month mark, Natalie completely transformed the experience. She consistently checked in when I fell behind on responses, took the lead in every vendor meeting, and offered thoughtful suggestions for our timeline and all the little details that truly matter. She is so sweet, friendly, and unbelievably on top of everything. I think she could sense how stressed I was about timing, and she constantly reassured me throughout the day that we were right on schedule, which I appreciated more than she knows. She followed every direction perfectly when setting up our décor and made sure the entire day ran SO smoothly. At the end of the night all our things were packed, organized and ready to be loaded in the car by my family. Natalie was the best addition to our day, and I am endlessly grateful we found her. 1000/10. Do yourself a favor and hire her! You will not regret it.

From the very beginning, her communication was proactive, responsive, persistent, and thorough. Our day-of coordinator, Veneisha, created a detailed timeline over a month in advance and seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the day of, Veneisha put out our dance floor props, cut our extra wedding cake, brought in our late night food and cleaned up the venue to make sure we weren't charged any extra fees. When I was wedding planning I was hesitant to hire a day of coordinator, but I am so glad that I did. Brittany was absolutely the best investment that we made for our wedding. From the first phone call I had with Brittany, her demeanor put me at ease and was a big part of why I decided to hire her. Even though she was only my day of coordinator she helped me book my last couple vendors that I needed. The Sunday before our wedding we did a final walkthrough at the venue where Brittany got the lay of the land, got to ask questions to the venue, make suggestions to me for day of, and make the timeline. Cassandra was such a perfect coordinator for my wedding! I discussed potential family issues that may arise on the day of the wedding (which did almost come to fruition), and her answer for how she’d handle the situation was what sealed the deal for me. She made sure my day went off perfectly. Absolutely perfectly. Literally nothing went wrong. I was fully prepared for the old saying of “something always goes wrong at a wedding” to happen. It never did. Cassandra made sure everything was just flawless. I also hired her for setup the day of, and she was able to take my DIY decor and make it look so classy and perfect for the vibe I wanted. She was super responsive every time I had a question and even made suggestions that were outside the box, but really enhanced the day and made it extra special. My husband and I got married in August 2025 and hired Ashley for Wedding Coordination services. We knew we could handle much of the prep work ourselves but wanted a coordinator to ensure the wedding day ran smoothly so we didn't have to stress or manage logistics ourselves. Our experience working with Ashley from start to finish was fantastic and we would highly recommend her to other couples getting married. Ashley and I had multiple planning calls in the months leading up to our wedding to review details and tasks that I needed to accomplish in order to stay on track. As we got closer to the wedding Ashley began taking on coordination tasks such as putting together the wedding day timeline and reaching out to all my other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Throughout all these interactions she was on time, detail oriented, friendly, and followed up promptly with any action items (timeliness of email responses and follow up is a pain point I had with some other vendors throughout the wedding planning process, but not Ashley). When it came to the wedding weekend Ashley drove all the way to our venue location to run rehearsal and communicated frequent updates with me when she was running late due to traffic. Despite the delay we were still able to run the rehearsal quickly and get to our next event. On the wedding day itself Ashley kept all our vendors operating efficiently, set up our decor exactly as we asked, and jumped in to proactively manage a couple unforeseen bumps that occurred throughout the evening. At the end of the night she packed up everything and placed it in the bridal suite for us to pick up the next day. Although we didn't add content creation to our package, Ashley still took some video clips on her phone throughout the day and surprised us the next morning by texting them over -- it was such a thoughtful way for us to relive the day. We cannot sing her praises enough an encourage couples to hire Ashley for their wedding planning needs as she continues to grow her business.

As an event planner and type A personality it was hard to turn something over to someone when you have a vision in your head of what it should look like Those fears and that anxiety were put to rest as soon as I met Courtney and her team. Her month, week and day of coordination went off without a hitch. There were hiccups as with all weddings but I never even knew about them. Her team knew what I needed before I ever even said anything. I cant recommend Combe & Co to enough people.
