Sugar Lake Lodge is a 135 acre estate with a seven acre private lake surrounded by Lake County Metro Parks. It features a gorgeous 6,700 square foot lodge & event center with an 1,800 square ft. private suite fully equipped with kitchen, fire place, and elegant bathroom all with a slight rustic feel. There is also a steam room for guests to unwind and enjoy. In addition, there is a lakefront event center with dual inside and outside fireplaces, and accommodations. For a more remote and primitive experience, there are secluded cabins complete with bathrooms and a pavilion with cooking grills sinks and fire pits amidst beautiful hiking and horseback riding trails.

The Ballroom at Park Lane is a luxury banquet hall in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This upscale venue features iconic columns and a ornate crown molding for an elegant wedding celebration. Couples will find this ballroom eight minutes from the Agora Theater & Ballroom, near Case Western Reserve University. This structure was originally built in 1923. It opened as a luxury hotel and speakeasy for the elite. It changed with the times and, in the 1960s, served as a concert venue that hosted the likes of Bob Dylan and Arlo Guthrie. Today, it hosts weddings as timeless as the building itself.

Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000 square foot warehouse sat empty for decades. The creative potential of the location caught our eye, and in 2016, we went to work to renovate the building. Ariel International Center is a renovated 100-year old historic, rustic red brick building, with large windows, elegant chandeliers, high wood ceilings and earth tone wall colors. The Norman D. Banquet Hall has a rich history of being part of our area’s special days and fun times. From its beginnings over 40 years ago as the Knights of Columbus Hall, meeting place and bingo hall. Three years ago, when thinking of selling the hall Robert Dille was approached by a decorator expressing an interest to buy a part of the hall.
