Flexible planning ensures that no event is exactly alike. Directly attached is a covered terrace with outdoor seating. This space allows you to incorporate the stunning outdoor views into your reception. The main function area is connected to the cocktail lounge and offers easy access from one area to another.

It features custom furniture and a 60-inch wall-mounted HDTV that can be used to display a photo slideshow, menus and more. Directly connected to the lounge is the main event space. This space can also serve as extra space for larger receptions, added 60+ seats.

Description

Our venue fee ranges from $2,500- $6,500. You have full use of our 11,000 sq ft. Reception space and 27 acres of outdoor space. Our couples who choose to get married on site have access at 9am for getting ready, pictures, and decorating. Couples who choose to have an off-site ceremony, have access at 12pm.

    Beautiful fall wedding

    We had our wedding reception at Sun Valley and loved everything about this venue! The team at Sun Valley is top notch professionals that guide you every step of the way! From planning, to execution the day of, they were fantastic! The venue itself is stunning, updated, and the bridal suite makes for beautiful getting ready photos. The grounds are beautifully kept as well and we utilized the outdoor grounds with beautiful trees with changing leaves and got some of our favorite pictures of the day. We loved our experience with Sun Valley, and absolutely recommend to other couples looking for a venue!!

    Beautiful venue all around

    When researching venues to have our wedding we kept coming back to this one and got married here in October. We loved the outdoor ceremony space, which was absolutely stunning with all of the fall colors. We loved the reception space for its spaciousness and what we could do with it, it was the perfect space for a fun filled reception. From the beginning everyone we worked with was very helpful and always thorough when answering any questions we had throughout the planning process. We had SO many guests from our wedding compliment our venue we chose and everyone asked where we found it! It was the perfect place for our wedding and couldn't have been more beautiful. We are so thankful for our experience with this venue.

    Great venue

    We had our daughters December wedding at Sun Valley. The venue is beautiful, and the staff was very helpful. They were very attentive and responsive throughout the planning stage, and especially helpful the day of…extra helpful at the end of the night when we needed to break everything down. I would highly recommend this venue.

    Beautiful Venue

    The team at Sun valley are great! They were so helpful, made sure everything was managed and taken care of. The venue itself is beautiful which is also a bonus! Our guests loved the outside patio option during our reception, the bartenders were the amazing and the venue coordinators were so beyond helpful! So glad I chose Sun Valley!

You can reach us at any time, which is the beauty of having three owners that are invested in making sure you have the best experience at Sun Valley. From a client portal to your personal file, auto-reminder emails that send throughout the planning process, to all types of questionnaires that let us into your wedding world. We’re always just a phone call or a couple of clicks in an email away.
We are open to most décor ideas but simply put… nothing can be nailed to the walls, no open flames and we’re not able to store items overnight after the reception concludes.
We do, in fact, Melissa (one of the three owners) has many years in the service industry and can answer all your questions.
We are always happy to upgrade your chairs, linens, and other decor items through our partnership with Event Source. However included in your venue rental with Sun Valley are white, ivory, or black floor length table linens as well as several napkin colors.
Sun Valley is handicap accessible, however, please let us know if you need more information or have specific needs.
Great question - Since the three owners have been in the wedding industry a combined total of about 50 years, we were very excited to choose our top three favorites to be our preferred caterers. A Taste of Excellence, Flour, and Driftwood Catering.
Absolutely, you and your bridal party are able to arrive as early as 9 am.
No, nothing is hidden here at Sun Valley. Aside from your venue rental, you can anticipate bar/beverage charges, bartenders (supplied by Sun Valley), security (hired by Sun Valley), and ceremony chairs (should you have the ceremony on-site). Service charge and sales tax will also be applied. With any rentals, Sun Valley will place and accept the order as well as set up the items.

The two closest hotels are The Bertram Inn and the Aurora Inn. They are each about 8 minutes from Sun Valley. However, there is also several chain hotel in Solon & Streetsboro, which are each about 15 minutes away.
Depending on availability and your needs, we can provide an officiant, a wedding planner, a photographer and a live band or DJ. All at special discounted rates.
We have several beautiful locations for an outdoor ceremony as well as an indoor Plan B and Plan C, should the weather decide not to corporate!

We have an indoor option with a built-in bar, beautiful industrial chic high top conversation tables, and lounge seating as well as a covered patio with two couch conversation sets, five round tables with seating, and space for a bar or guitarist! Our parking lot holds up to about 200 cars and has a turnaround for guests who need to be dropped off.
Yes, in our new renovations, Jennifer (wedding planner by trade) & Melissa (photographer by trade) made sure to add lots of glam with vanity lights, outlets for cell phones and curling irons, tall chairs, a beautiful mirror, private dressing area, a place to hang dresses, private keyless lock for your personal belongings, and lastly/most importantly - a wine fridge for bubbles/wine!
