We had the most beautiful intimate backyard wedding thanks to LOM Productions. It truly turned out more beautiful than we could’ve ever imagined. Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! If you're looking for someone who has your back, and can handle ALL of the things with a level of calm that oozes into everyone around her, HIRE ASHLEY! You absolutely will not regret it. We are so grateful for Kimberley and her incredible team- they were a huge part of what made our wedding day so special. While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. They created a wedding night that was intimate, elegant and deeply personal - a celebration we'll never forget!

We hired Corinne as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in September 2025 at Avon Gardens, and she was absolutely wonderful the entire night. She handled everything that came her way, from steaming my dress to providing emergency fashion tape, last-minute bustling, and making sure everyone was where they needed to be at all times. Corinne kept everything running smoothly with such a positive attitude and was genuinely so much fun to be around. Thanks to her, our wedding ran without a hitch, and we truly could not have done it without her. Happens Like Magic (Krysta) was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. We chose her month of coordination package, and she delivered on every element. Her communication style was very open, with regular check-ins and specific updates on the planning process. She is hardworking, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about making our special day a success. Krysta was wonderful - with our wedding having a lot of moving parts across multiple spaces in our venue, she checked in with us regularly to ensure everything was being executed exactly as we had envisioned. She was constantly on the move, doing her best to keep our day running smoothly despite not exactly having a "Type A" bride to work with. I wish I could give Confetti & Cocktails more than 5 stars. It's hard to put into words how incredible Andrina and her team are, and when I say she's the best, I mean THE BEST. I wish all wedding planners were as consistent, reliable, dedicated and simply pleasant to work with. She was so organized through the entire process, thoughtful and professional. Behind the scenes she still remained so energetic, enthusiastic, punctual and respectful to the service staff. I have worked with Claire for over 8 years at multiple venues and seen her shine doing what she loves. There is not a single detail that will go unnoticed with her in charge. Weddings are second nature to her and she is careful to address all logistics beginning to end. Every couple who has hired her as a coordinator loves her and feels as if she is their best friend the day of. She goes above and beyond and will assist with everything she possibly can including (but not limited to) creating and following a sensible timeline, clear communication between vendors and couple family / wedding party, bustling dresses, bringing her emergency supply kit in case ANY unexpected incident should arise, and will manage the day without the client even knowing what is happening behind the scenes.
