I'm one of the rare people that is actually from Bend - but I started my photography career in New York City capturing events for Central Park. I met my husband, convinced him we were Oregonians at heart and moved back! Our wedding business started out with me shooting a wedding video for a very dear friend of mine in 2017. I posted the video to a Facebook business page and BOOM! It received 200,000 views and we started receiving hundreds of inquiries from couples around the PNW. Every year I would book 30-40 weddings doing photos and videos for couples. When COVID struck, we had a year crashing into the next year. We had to adapt. So I grew our company to 8 teams of pro photographers/videographers to cover weddings around the US. There is nothing better than capturing love on the biggest day ever. Every day we are thankful to be able to do this.

We both met in college in Nampa, Idaho where I was studying Film. I studied and obsessed over every beautiful film out there & eventually wanted to be a Director of Photography one day (people who setup lighting for movie scenes). I watched, analyzed, and obsessed over every award-winning film in existence. I yearned to learn how film production studios lit every scene & thoroughly enjoyed constantly listening to great film scores. Almost finished with film school, I purchased my very first camera.

I love visual storytelling, because in essence, it is a part of human experience. All in all, memories is the most precious asset we hold on to. It is waterproof; it is fire proof, alas, not so much time proof. People say time heals all wounds, but unfortunately, it erases memories too... Until we are reminded of them again, like looking through an album or watching your wedding video. Then all of a sudden, you remember what you were doing, how you felt that day, what happened before and after. Pictures and videos are tools to keep our stories alive, so we can share them over family dinners and gatherings over generations.

I'm a California native with a wanderlusting soul. I grew up in the snowy mountains of Lake Tahoe and spent my teenage years in the rainforests of Costa Rica before returning to the West Coast of the United States to study the art of wedding photography and earn my BFA with Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California.
