From our very first phone call, we knew we’d made the right choice — they gave off great vibes, were professional, and truly delivered. Everything was perfect, from the rustic façade of the DJ booth to the cocktail hour playlist (which sounded like something we would’ve made ourselves) to the incredible reception music. They were honest, familiar with our venue (Toast in Patchogue), and never tried to upsell us. Mike took the time to go over our preferences beforehand, and he just *got it*. They understood the assignment and gave us a night we’ll never forget. The dance floor was packed the entire evening — not a single person left on the first shuttle because no one wanted to stop dancing, not even my 91-year-old grandma who stayed until the very end! They paid close attention to every detail — from our final dance song to the special tribute song for my brother and every request in between. Throughout the night, they checked in with us to make sure we were happy, seamlessly made announcements to gather guests for photos or speeches, and kept the energy high from start to finish. If you’re debating between hiring just a DJ or a DJ and MC — **get both!** It makes such a difference. The DJ can focus on mixing while the MC hypes up the crowd and keeps everything running smoothly. Our only “complaint” was that the dance floor was *too crowded* — exactly what we wanted! Marcus did such an amazing job DJing our wedding, we couldn’t be more thrilled. He is extremely thoughtful with his work. He took careful note of my husband and my musical tastes and preferences, as well as the vibe of our wedding, instead of playing a standard tired playlist. Per our request, he blended in some Latin music seamlessly. The dance floor was full and lively all night long, exactly as we had hoped for! He played songs we hadn’t requested but that we love, leaving me wondering how he could have known so well what to play. He also respected our “do not play” list, as I found out multiple guests requested songs on it and he politely declined. Marcus is very thorough and organized which made working with him so easy- he was on top of all the details, order of events/cues, even reviewed proper name pronunciation with us in advance. The event manager at our venue said she loved working with him and was very impressed. Marcus has such a kind and warm personality, and a really special talent- we feel so lucky that he was part of our big day!”

I met with one business, they were late and unprofessional but the price seemed reasonable for two musicians. That same night we met with Kenny and the difference was substantial. Kenny was on time, had a presentation ready to go, was incredibly professional, and highly personable. We met several times throughout the planning process and felt very comfortable with him. He’s so down to earth and really lets you know he is there for you, not anyone else. Kenny is worth every single cent, he was our favorite wedding vendor. The communication was impeccable. We did not have a wedding planner, with my type A personality and Kenny’s expertise, we stayed perfectly on time, announcements were seamless, and it was truly such a great day. At the end of the reception, day of, I asked to dedicate a song to my husband (“Shout” #gobills) and at first Kenny thought he didn’t have it. But guess what… we ended the wedding with our closest friends singing and cheering on our Buffalo Bills. It was a moment we will never forget, all thanks to Kenny. Go ahead and book him, he truly elevated our wedding experience and everyone loved him!”
