EMBRACING LOVE IN EVERY SHADE, EVERY FORM, EVERY SHAPE, EVERY FAITH, EVERY IDENTITY. YOUR TRUE SELF, CAPTURED WITH INCLUSIVITY AND DEDICATION I am a family-oriented photographer who values family bonds and understands that love expands beyond the newlyweds. Their first dance is just as important as the grandparents dancing together. I'll be your eyes, capturing the unseen love around you. The wedding day is bustling, filled with excitement and customs, leaving little time to take it all in. But rest assured, those moments you might have missed will be beautifully preserved in your pictures—moments you can now touch and relive.

I knew from the minute I saw her work that she was the one! She was absolutely amazing to work with! I not only love her editing and photography style, but I love her work ethic. She truly takes care of her clients. My fiancé and I have never taken professional photos together and she made us feel so comfortable to be in front of the camera. We couldn’t stop laughing and she really captured our personality as a couple. We couldn’t recommend her enough and I’m so excited to be working with her again for our wedding!

Brett Crawford Photography

5.0

Wilmington, MA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $2,900

I love documenting, observing pretty light, and having a camera on me at all times, even if it's just my phone. When I'm not behind the camera, I'm hanging with my wife and my three kids, exploring new areas in and around Boston, enjoying the great outdoors, or viewing our beloved Boston/New England Sports teams. Go Revs!

Awarded Best of Zola
We cannot recommend Brett enough. We both are incredibly grateful that we contracted Brett as our wedding photographer! His ability to capture candid moments as well as to create unique moments was so professionally done with a quick, digital turnaround. Also, Brett's lighting, color, and stealth approach to photography made capturing that day "perfect" which is hard to do with our standards. With competitive pricing, reliability, and professional standards, you'll want to book Brett as soon as possible.

Nia Kovacev Photography

5.0

Melrose, MA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,000

Hi there! I'm Nia, a wedding and elopement photographer based in Boston, MA but obsessed with traveling. I love the days when I stumble upon a new landscape, learn something new from a stranger or aimlessly drive until I end up somewhere decent. This is why I love storytelling. My favorite stories to tell are by far the love shared between two people. Storytelling and making a moment last is what drew me to photography. Documenting your day in an honest, soulful way that shows who you are is what I strive for.

Awarded Best of Zola
I can not recommend Nia enough for your photography needs! She was patient, took the time to understand our vision and made amazing recommendations! We were running late for our engagement shoot which would make most brides a nervous reck. Nia took control of the situation and we ended up with the most beautiful engagement photos! Out sneak peak was better than we could’ve imagined and we can’t wait for the full album! Book Nia for your wedding, you won’t regret it!!!

Kataram Studios

5.0

Watertown, MA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $2,950

Why go with us, when you may have another option or two to look at? Well to keep it simple is because we love what we do, and get to love the people we do it for. We tend to start off as strangers meeting for the first time, then turn out to smile and laugh, maybe tears of joy also throughout the day. The day is not only important to you, but to your family and friends. To the next generation coming after you who will dust off and look at your photos and say “Mommy what was up with your hair,” those are the ones who will relive your wedding with you through your photos the most.

Awarded Best of Zola
We worked with Aram and he was fun and great to work with. He always kept in touch leading up to the wedding and was quick to respond to any emails or texts that we sent. He guided us throughout the entire day, was open to suggestions we had, and kept everything moving smoothly and in a timely matter. He was so fun to work with and the photos came out amazing! I’ve already recommended him to everyone I know!

Awarded Best of Zola
Photographer Scott Metzger of Metzger Studios Scott photographed our wedding in August of 2023 and we could not recommend him more. We knew of his incredible work as he had shot the groom’s sister’s wedding a few years before. The photos from that wedding were creative, artistic, and, simply put, stunning. It didn’t take much to convince either one of us to go with him as we were both drawn to his unique style and original point of view. Scott was so easy to work with, right from the first time we contacted him. All of his responses were timely and professional, whether via email or phone. We met via Zoom to discuss his services and pricing and immediately felt at ease. For an incredibly fair price, we got Scott and a second photographer (Kathy) for 8 hours. Also included was an album with 60 retouched photos, a thumb drive with all the photos taken, and an incredibly sweet blog post highlighting some of the gorgeous photos from our day. He also guaranteed that if he couldn’t make it on the day of the wedding for whatever reason, he would provide a back-up photographer for us. On the actual wedding day, we gave Scott complete artistic license to bring our day to life through photos. His work with reflections is so second to none; it’s so interesting to see ourselves reflected in a wine glass or a table top. He did a great job corralling our large families to get all the shots we had asked for, especially given that the sun was setting and the natural light was quickly disappearing. He kept everyone on task and did it in such a way that it only enhanced our experience with him. Many of our friends and family complimented Scott's (and Kathy’s) professionalism and willingness to accommodate any requests that our guests made of him for their own unique pictures all while making sure we were his priority throughout the day. After the wedding, Scott created a beautiful slideshow on YouTube that we were able to show our guests. It so perfectly encapsulated our day, especially given how quickly it seemed to pass for both of us. We cannot recommend Scott Metzger enough. His artistic vision is eye-catching and visually appealing. He is very fairly priced and incredibly easy to work with. If you’re looking for a photographer with an artistic eye and that listens to what you want out of your photos, please consider Scott.

Leah C-S Photography

4.5

Somerville, MA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $1,500

My name’s Leah, I’m a passionate, playful, and versatile photographer. My philosophy is that happy people make for good photos, and it’s important to me that my clients feel comfortable. I believe that everyone is uniquely beautiful, and I love wedding photography because it’s a way of capturing memories and sharing meaningful experiences. I collaborate with all my clients to create work that speaks to their personality and style, and I always bring a sense of fun!

Leah has been a pleasure to work and communicate with before and after the wedding. Leah makes sure to know what you want out of the photo session and is overall really nice to interact with both in-person, on the phone or e-mail. The resulting pictures were also pretty good. On the D-Day (90 degree day, changing light, so not the most pleasant to take pictures), they let us go through the spots we had chosen for our photo shoots. Leah is really open to suggestions you may have and will adjust on the spot. There were some pretty tricky pictures to take with bubbles and these pictures turned out great! In the end the pictures were good, we have a great quantity of pictures from the different locations and settings we wanted shots of, and we can proudly share our wedding day pictures with friends and family.

Abigail Kuzia Photography

5.0

West Newton, MA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $3,305

Hey hey! I'm Abby: youngest of four sisters, cat mom, self-certified Malbec connoisseur, lucky wife to a goofy Puerto Rican man named Mike, and most recently the newly-minted mom to our chubby cheeked little one, Nico. I love to meet new people, try delicious new restaurants, dance whenever there is music playing, and I've been known to dabble in karaoke. In 2014 I took a giant leap out of the comfort of my 9-5 to start my business, leaving the world of copywriting and fashion behind to pursue my long-time love of photography. It has truly been one of the best decisions I ever made! I absolutely love what I do!

Jason was easy to work with, overly accommodating and very skilled at his craft. Jason was able to capture our joyous day with our loved ones and really nailed the candid shots we especially appreciate to this day. His mellow go with the flow vibe and patience with the celebrators was key at captivating some of the best moments of our day. The turnaround time for our photos always was swift and everything was absolutely perfect! I can not say enough good things about his work ethic, keen eye for “that perfect shot” and diligence herding the crowds to capture the desired photos. 10/10 highly recommend Jason.
