Through email communication to our first trial, it felt so natural and fun and I felt like we clicked immediately. Our trial was fun and she made me feel very comfortable to express things that I liked, didn’t like, or things I may not have been comfortable with. I made a last minute color pallet change from our trial to wedding day and she was on board ready to go. “I loved working with Swept for my hair and makeup! Jamie was easy to work with and answered all my questions. Anna and Shannen were both very skilled, knowledgeable, and professional and gave me and my bridesmaids beautiful hair and makeup that lasted through the night. Anna did beautiful work with my hair. I went into the trial a bit indecisive about what I wanted to do with my hair, and she was very helpful and also more than willing to make a game-day decision if needed. It was very important to me to highlight my natural curls, and she did a stunning updo that kept my hair in place, but still let my curls shine. She did beautiful hairstyles for my bridesmaids and my mom as well, and all of our hairstyles stayed perfectly in place and held up to an outdoor wedding and full night of dancing. Shannen is an amazing makeup artist! I absolutely loved my makeup look. I don’t wear makeup in my day-to-day life, so she was able to offer her expertise to create a bridal look that still felt like myself. I loved how light and natural my makeup looked, and she was totally open to making tweaks to make sure it felt perfect. She did an excellent job on the makeup for my bridesmaids as well, and even volunteered to take a few pictures of us before leaving. She gave us each a little kit for lip touch ups which was so thoughtful! Our makeup held up perfectly to happy tears, and still looked perfect even after eating and dancing.”
