There are also Cabins and Lodge Rooms available for rent for an event or for a weekend getaway, and we will be able to sleep up to 84 on t he property by the Spring of 2026. While here, guests can enjoy beautiful views of Hanging Rock and Pilot Mountain, miles of hiking trails, a pond, a large creek, and plenty of wildlife and nature. The Pavilion at Black Water Junction was built by our family, for our family. We used old wood, old doors, huge rocks, and live edge boards, all found on the farm. We decorated with special things from our family. All of this makes our venue a very special place that we would like to share with you!

Reservations include private use of all grounds and facilities - we only host one wedding at a time. Garden chairs, banquet tables, tablecloths in a variety of colors and choice of two centerpiece styles are included. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $3100 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $7900 for a full weekend of services including overnight.
