Shannen with Pink Daisies Event was such a blessing to have on my wedding day. She was so thoughtful in her preparation and very professional and caring through all our communication. From literally the first second I spoke with Erika, to the last moments of my wedding, she was the most caring, helpful, personable, and calming person I could have asked for. She handled all communications with vendors and pointed them in every single direction throughout the entire process, taking it off my plate. She took all my crazy ideas (timing the exact amount of seconds each bridal party couple got to walk down the aisle so I could walk out at a very specific time, hanging every luggage tag I had made for every guest in alphabetical order, picking up last min things I forgot, and everything in between...), and brought them all to life with a smile on her face! I had several vendors reach out to me and tell me she's the most organized and fun planner they have ever worked with, and I can see why! If you're thinking of hiring Erika, DO IT. I did not have a stress in the world the entire day because I knew every single detail I had planned was going to go perfectly because of her, and it actually did. There was not ONE single thing during my day that went wrong and I got everything I envisioned and it's truly because of her. HIRE THE PLANNER!!!!!!!! Natalie and Hector were truly a dream come true! Natalie helped the day run so smoothly and everything was so perfect and well organized. She was very communicative and on point leading up to the day. She set up and organized everything exactly as I requested. Natalie and Hector were so sweet and accommodating. The content creation package was great and exactly what my husband and I wanted. Since we didn't want a videographer, the content creation was perfect for us- To capture the day and have small clips for memories without the expensive cost. The photo booth was so cute and our guests loved it. Very nice camera with video, boomerang, and photo options for the guests to select with a nice backdrop setup. Brittany was an awesome day-of coordinator! If we had to go back and do it again, Brittany would be one of the first people we would call. Words do not begin to describe how incredible working with Brooke has been. We were originally having our wedding in St. Pete before finding out that our venue had cancelled less than 90 days before our date due to damages from the Hurricane. Brooke overextended herself and found multiple venues that were available for the same date knowing that was important to us. By the end of the week, she had set up multiple interviews which she attended and helped us secure our new venue at the Tampa EDITION which we ended up loving more than our original venue. Brooke was dependable and available whenever we had a question and kept open lines of communication. She is innovative and her organizational skills/attention to detail goes unmatched. She originally helped us plan a fun beach wedding and in less than three months pivoted to help us plan a formal affair. On our wedding day, Brooke and Ada did an amazing job with setting up the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces; we were in shock by how perfectly they enacted the vision we had in our heads for our wedding. During the wedding, they kept the timeline of events going and kept the vibes high while we were busying having an absolute blast with our friends and family. The audio guest book supplied by Brooke is an absolute must. Listening to everyone's messages a week after the wedding brought us so much joy and laughter; just imagine more chaotic messages as the drinks flow and the night progresses. We decided to include the photo booth last minute and am so happy we did as it was a complete hit with all of our guests throughout the entire night. We cannot imagine a more perfect team to help plan your wedding. Brooke and Co. truly made our day the best day of our lives and we cannot recommend her enough! XOXO CJ and Matt
