Our wedding was everything we hoped for. Courtney (our coordinator) was warm, organized, and made the day run smoothly. Mikayla and Malia were so friendly and helpful, and Christy (bartender) kept checking in to make sure we had drinks in hand. We also really liked our DJ, Madeleine—she kept the energy up all night, but considering I had given her a very long list of songs we really liked, I was sad when she played some that weren’t even on the list, particularly during dinner service, knowing that meant less time for the songs we loved most. The ceremony site was stunning, and the reception space perfectly blended rustic mountain charm with elegance. The prime rib was excellent, and overall, the food exceeded our expectations. Dropping off, having them set everything up and picking up decorations went so smoothly. Unfortunately, the contracted bakery that was included in our package never got back to us, even after we followed up multiple times. Because of that, we had to use an outside baker, The Cakery Pastry Studio, whose cake was amazing—but it cost us more money out-of-pocket, even after receiving a credit. The Gold Nugget Cabin was clean and charming, though the bathrooms are dated. I did appreciate that they had recently updated the bridal suite, which made for beautiful “getting ready” photos. I do wish check-in had been earlier for photos, as I felt rushed before the ceremony. My only real regret is not adding an extra hour to the reception—it flew by too quickly. The only big negative I have to share is how close to the wedding they were able to confirm our rehearsal time between 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM. That impacts travel time for the wedding party. In my case they were all coming in from out of state and navigating child care. Not knowing if they’d need to fly in the night before or if they could swing an early AM flight until just 6 weeks before our date added extra stress on me and our wedding party.

Everything about our wedding at Arrowhead was exactly what we were hoping for! We got married on 8/16 at their tent on the driving range and heard from every guest (literally) how beautiful of a venue it was. The day of went flawlessly even with a little bit of rain, but that made for even better pictures with rainbows in the background, and a much cooler ceremony. Chantal, Kalli, and Isabelle were very helpful throughout the entire process, from the moment we booked through the end of our wedding night. We would highly recommend hosting your wedding here and are so glad we got to experience the incredible scenes surrounding our big day.

I am in AWE. Number 1, having a wedding coordinator is a must. And Natalie was amazing!! She took care of everything, from planning meetings, final meetings, rehearsal, day of timing and keeping everything on track. She is marvelous. This venue is mostly all included, DJ, catering, table settings, center pieces. And I love that you can do the ceremony and reception all in once place. It has the coziest mountain feeling to it while still being extremely classy. Food tastes amazing, the DJ service is very personalized - and they help you the whole entire way. You get this giant planning book once you officially book & it really helps. Anytime we had random concerns or questions we would just email them and be contacted back within the same day. The price fully depends on how many guests you plan on having, we had a 53 person wedding and it was VERY affordable for an all included place. They also do all your day of set up including any decor you choose to provide at the rehearsal! You also get access to the bridal / groom suites a few hours before the ceremony. Wedgewood made the planning actually fun and enjoyable! I was stress feee the entire day! Lots of adorable places for photos too, especially in the fall with all the colors. Thank you Wedgewood for making mine and Tyler’s day PERFECT.

You cannot beat the accommodations, it’s such a unique experience for friends and family and we had so much fun getting to stay a few days before our wedding. There are wildflowers all over the property which just adds to the natural bliss and beauty of your big day. Kodie is such a gem of a human being and I am so blessed that I got to work with her, she made my whole wedding experience and wedding day absolutely perfect!!! My (now) husband and I are from MN and we wanted to get married in CO and have a small wedding. At the beginning of my wedding planning I found Kodie when she had posted in groups about her mobile bar business K-Bar, in a CO wedding group on Facebook. I went to her website to check out the bars and such because they looked adorable. While I was looking around the website I found that they had recently began to offer micro weddings at their home/land near Guffey CO that couples can make their own day! So I sent a message and Kodie sent me more information and it was an immediate yes!! We booked and got everything going! Kodie responded to emails and texts in a timely manner and we spoke on the phone many times. She is so nice and took time to go over options, give recommendations, and walk me through everything. She coordinated and put everything together for us! We had a big beautiful white tent with sides that we could open or close (in case of weather) with cafe lights, portapotty, yard games, tables and chairs, beverages, and food!! We had a personal pizza party & a nonalcoholic beverage station! Everyone made their own pizza and Kodie cooked it in a wood fire grill! She had so many topping options for people and it was a HUGE hit!! We got to pick an alcoholic beverage package and what bar we wanted (we went with Johnnie Cash)! Chris was a fabulous bartender and he was so fun to chat with! Kodie had so many fun options, decor, and details!! We have nothing but good things to say about our day and there is not a single thing that we would have changed!! I kid you not, we received compliments from every guest and had multiple people tell us that it was the BEST wedding they have ever been to!! Everything was exactly what I had dreamed of and working with K-Bar was really what made it so great! Not to mention the gorgeous views and their donkeys! When we come back to CO for vacations in the future, I will for sure be reaching out to Kodie to meet up because her and Mitch feel like family now! XO-The Utsch’s!

My husband and I had the absolute best day and we wouldn’t have changed a single thing! Everything was wonderful and Chris did a wonderful job bartending as well! We got so many compliments and positive comments about literally every part of the day (everyone LOVED Kodie, Mitch, and Chris)! We are so happy with everything! We came out from MN and Kodie was so easy to work with/correspond with in the months leading up to our big day! We had lots of options to really personalize our day to make it our own. Every guest I talked to was complimenting every part of the day and they all had nothing but positive things to say. We had many guests tell us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Thank you guys for everything you did for us and we will be forever grateful!

Once upon a time there was the most perfect wedding venue called The Oaks - from the staff to the service, the grand foyer, the suites, the food, the drinks, the party....just....1,000%. If you are thinking about booking it, please do snag that date ASAP as they become fully booked. It's not their fault they're so popular... I got married recently and was lucky enough to snag our date for 2025 in the summer of 2024, and things could not have been more perfect from the initial visit with ALEX LEIGH until the very last sendoff. Alex, (you rock!!!!!) our coordinator, was the one who helped all of our dreams come true.. She was truly the heart and soul of our wedding day and the fairy godmother of weddings. Forgot a lint brush? She has it. Bobby pins? Check. Don't know how to fill out your wedding license or where to stand at the ceremony? Yes she can do that too. At one point in the night she delivered me champagne and even helped me adjust and bustle my dress. Hello- this girl has it all. Alex literally coached us throughout so we could make the day as flawless as possible. Nothing was ever too much and she has the patience of a saint throughout the entire planning process, she was a dream to work with. For a bride who planned her entire wedding herself, who thought she thought of everything, ALEX was the one who was one step ahead of my Type A behind that night!! She truly never ever missed a beat for a good 15 months of our planning process. She had wonderful recommendations from decor to vendors (they have an amazing list of preferred vendors), to in-house food. From the very beginning, her friendly and approachable demeanor made planning feel so easy and enjoyable. She always made time to answer questions, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure every little detail was handled perfectly. I also appreciated the thoughtful service the Oaks provided. An A staffing group helps your day go smoothly with packing and unpacking your car, they truly delivered white glove service which was highly valued and fairly priced. ZANDER particularly stuck out to all of us offering golf cart rides down the hill for some guests to serving us appetizers when we sat down because we had missed them. Literally he was always so smiley and nice, I just appreciated the entire staff so much that day. They should be praised!! The day's timeline ran seamlessly, every vendor was exactly where they needed to be, and the entire day flowed effortlessly thanks to their impeccable organization and calm, confident presence. At our tasting earlier this year, Luna Justin and Anna were also sooo welcoming! Staff and leadership are amazing!! It's getting harder and harder to find exceptional service in 2025 but the Oaks nails it. Chef Rhett also delivered incredible food for us all, the gouda mac and cheese and steaks?! TO DIE FOR! Delicious! The place is a perfect blank slate to add your own flair and they will allow you to craft your dream day however you'd like! I felt completely at ease knowing Alex and team were managing everything behind the scenes, which allowed me to be fully present and just enjoy the day. Truly a class act, Alex combines professionalism, warmth, and top-tier management skills in a way that truly sets her apart. We love you Alex!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you’re getting married at The Oaks, you are so lucky - cheers to you guys and thank you so much for making our wildest dreams come true. Keep Life Spicy!!! 3 Lauren Andre 3

The Grange was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. From the beginning, they were incredibly easy to communicate with - the staff was responsive, helpful, and accommodating of our unique requests. We were looking for a place that would allow us to bring in our own food, as we wanted to have a special cereal bar and waffle bar where guests could create their own custom treats. The Grange gave us that flexibility, and we were able to have the most amazing wedding reception with personal touches throughout the event. The staff was amazing to work with and provided us with little things we didn't even think about, making our day run seamlessly. We even accidentally stole their sign but were able to make arrangements to get it back to them before their next event - even then, they were super kind and responsive. The space itself was beautiful and exactly what we envisioned for our special day. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or experience.

WOW. Cannot say enough about how special this venue is. The massive mountain vistas, wide open spaces, fresh air and coziness; this place has is magical. If you are looking for a venue to escape to the mountains and craft a purposeful weekend full of your favorite people in a rustic, outdoor paradise, you've found it. We got married in mid July on the ranch and had the full weekend to enjoy time with loved ones. From the very beginning, Allison was flexible and genuinely wanted to know how to help make our day a success. This is not your traditional cookie-cutter venue and is such an exceptional place to really make your wedding YOURS. All of the basics are there but none of the frilly bells and whistles we didn't need. The property is massive and so picturesque with sweeping plains and big mountains all around. The space is so accommodating for whatever you want to dream up for your special day and perhaps most unique of all, it can be rented for an entire weekend as a place to stay and celebrate with those you love so you don't need to try to squeeze everything into a single evening. We had a relaxed welcome event with a taco truck, beers and yard games on Friday night as an excuse to spend some extra time with out of town guests. As it cooled down, everyone gathered around the firepits trading stories. The night before really took pressure off of the wedding day and the meadow within the ranch was so perfect. There is even a saloon with a whole selection of games (ping-pong, cornhole, horseshoes) already there to enjoy. This also served as a fabulous indoor space for 15 minutes right after our ceremony on Saturday when we had a quick afternoon thunderstorm roll through. The barn was cozy and a perfect space for dancing during the reception. We danced until 2 am and although our vendors all trickled out when their roles were done, there was no cut-off time at the venue itself so we were able to dance all night long. This is incredibly unique. Very few venues allow this. We fell in love with the views first but truly could not have imagined a more fabulous, relaxed space for our celebration. Thank you Guyton Ranch! It will forever be a special place in our hearts.
