“First and foremost I have to recognize the staff who worked the event at the hotel. Katrina, who is the event coordinator, was wonderfully communicative and detail oriented. We wanted to keep things relatively simple for our wedding but she had some great ideas to spruce things up a bit and helped to keep us on track leading up to the day of. The evening prior and on the day she was helping us set things up and made sure to keep our chaotic group on schedule. Not only that she was extremely helpful in managing the group, helping to cue and time our processions and intros into the dining room after the ceremony. She also added a personal touch to the centerpieces by arranging some fresh flowers we'd brought in and I thought the result was lovely. As important as Katrina were all of the wait staff and bartenders for our wedding. Jordan, Dawn and Dinnea took care of dinner service and Doug and Debbie tended the bar. We interacted with Jordan, Doug and Debbie the most but we've spoken to friends and family who agreed that the service was excellent. I want to call out Jordan specifically because that dude was constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed from drinks to food. On top of all of that he was just one of the most pleasant and kind humans we could have asked for to take care of us that day. We'd also like to extend a big thank you to the whole group as we had some late arrivals who came in during dinner time. The staff immediately noticed and without any fuss went over to get their order and get them served. We had opted for a Delmonico steak and salmon as our primary entrees. Note that because of the volume of guests the Delmonicos were all cooked to somewhere around medium. I can't vouch for everyone's steak but mine came out perfectly medium. As far as I can tell from catching up with friends and family during and after the wedding everyone was pleased and really enjoyed their meals. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere that was created. We ended up choosing the Orchid(?) package, if I recall the name correctly, which is their all inclusive package and I think it was worth every penny. I really enjoyed the up lighting and hotel provided centerpieces but I can see how if you have a different vision in mind then you may want to opt for a different offering. On top of the work they did in the space the hotel has a couple of outdoor seating areas, one of which has a fire pit, that were favorites of the group to take breaks from the party rocking inside. Ultimately the most important part of our wedding day was to unite our friends and family in one place where we could party and then not have to worry about transferring from the reception venue back to the hotel. As far as we're concerned Katrina and her staff delivered on this want magnificently. From the maintenance of the hotel and event space, to the friendly and thoughtful staff, to the convenient location for our friends and family; we could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding day.”

“We recently held our wedding at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Philadelphia West, and I can't recommend this venue enough! “I was so pleased when I found out the Indigo would be opening just in time for our wedding! Originally I planned to just settle for the old standard Hotel Warner - which is fine, but pretty worn. Linda, who's an absolute dream, helped me setup the block for our guests. I loved being able to offer both options for our out-of-town guests. The whole staff was extra sweet and helpful in coordinating both holding my overnight bag and handing out our welcome bags too. After the big day was over, my husband and I were really delighted to spend our honeymoon night there. We were too tired to even drink the special champagne they left us in the room! Our room was clean, stately, and really just perfect. Everyone else in the wedding party raved about the lobby decor & the fresh quality of the rooms. 10/10! Here's a photo of us walking in after the afterparty at Square Bar - highly recommend that too!”

“Terrain at Styer's was hands down the best venue to host our wedding/reception. EVERYTHING was amazing! It was the only venue we actually went to visit and we immediately fell in love with it. The communication was very clear from day one. Frequent enough as the wedding got closer to keep us well informed but not overwhelmed. All of the employees were great and clearly take pride in their role to make your wedding exactly what you dreamt it would be. Special shout out to Maura and Hen. Chefs kiss!!! The food and ambiance were perfect. Everything you need in one beautiful location. All of our guests loved the venue and couldn't stop complimenting our choice and the overall service. “This property was beautiful, and the owners were wonderful to work with! Nestled in Chadds Ford, PA, the BnB is right next to Longwood Gardens and within 45 minutes of King of Prussia Mall (for any last-minute wedding shopping necessary, as it turns out we needed!). The wedding package we purchased included the entire BnB (6 rooms) for the bridal party, as well as the grounds to host our ceremony and/or reception (we did both!). Brad and Cindy did an amazing job of making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying our stay, and the grounds ended up being absolutely stunning for our wedding day. They also have extras available to add-on to your package, as needed (tent, outdoor patio heaters, pew seating, and a super cute shutter altar set up!). Normally, venues in the Chadds Ford/Brandywine area are super expensive, but this one was not only affordable but very worthwhile!!! Thank you, Brad and Cindy!!”

“We held our September 2025 wedding reception at The Rittenhouse. The food was excellent, the space looked beautiful, and the service on the wedding day was wonderful. Our dedicated server was spectacular both during our tasting and at the reception—attentive, warm, and one of the true standouts of our experience. The planning process was more challenging. Even after Jarret and I specifically asked to be included directly in decisions, communication often continued through our planner. This was especially frustrating because our planner was not providing the level of attentiveness promised, making direct communication with the venue even more important. We were also supposed to meet with the pastry team, but that meeting never happened. Although the cake tasted good, its appearance fell short of what we envisioned and felt like an afterthought in the overall design. After the wedding, aside from a congratulatory email that included our paid folios, no one meaningfully followed up to ask about our experience or invite feedback. Given the level of the event and The Rittenhouse’s reputation for luxury hospitality, we found that surprising. Overall, the culinary and banquet teams delivered an excellent reception, and our guests were very well cared for. We are grateful for the beautiful celebration, while believing the communication, pastry-design process, and post-event follow-up could have been much stronger.”

“The Hotel Palomar went above and beyond for our wedding weekend in the spring. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and morning after brunch as well as our room block at the hotel. The even coordinator, Erin S. and the entire team involved went above and beyond every step of the way. Five months before our wedding, I had to have major surgery and quarantine for two – three months after. I was unable to attend our food tasting but my fiancé and both sets of parents went on my behalf. Erin was not only understanding but supportive as my own family and friends were – checking in and celebrating with me after the surgery. When the tasting came, the chef sent home full-sized portions for me to try at home. This was in addition to the full-sized ones my family tried as well. The entire staff was there to answer any questions from me or our family. We had several dietary restrictions which Erin coordinated with the chef on our behalf to make sure those guests were included without having to worry. We had a memorial table as well as several things to be set out (guest book, favors, name cards, etc.). I gave all these items to the team and it was fully taken care of for me and they even knew which favors were to be for gluten free guests. Erin provided a list of pre-approved vendors they had worked with before (we didn’t have to use these) and we ended up using a lot of them. Erin coordinated with them directly as needed, photography locations for if it rained and DJ timeline. Due to the top tier efforts of the entire hotel, we were AHEAD of schedule the entire weekend which really allowed everyone to be fully present. My bridal party and I were in the suite for preparations and they continued to go above and beyond. We had a team member bring us our food and coffee order and he was so accommodating. He brought iced coffee when I mentioned that’s my preferences and we talked about our pets since I had my dog with me (as did several of our guests). Our guests were also well taken care of – from unpacking cars for their stays to helping our vendors get to their locations. I would sit here and list every name of every person that I felt were stars but honestly, it was the entire team. Everyone I encountered the whole time was a five star person. I cannot recommend this location enough for any occasion including just a regular weekend stay in Philadelphia.”

“After months of searching Center City Philly for a wedding reception venue, we finally stumbled upon the Warwick Hotel that met our desires for a walkable and downtown location at a great price point and sizable for our guest list. We secured a date, and with COVID restrictions, were forced to delay/postpone twice. The Warwick was more than accommodating during this time, novating our contract and maintaining our agreed upon pricing each time. While staff understandably shifted during this time, communications were a bit duplicative, and our only criticism would be that our discussions from the point we entered into a contract be documented and logged in a common location so that requests and preferences not get lost in the shuffle. That said, In the months leading up to our event, the Warwick staff was very communicative with both us and our wedding coordinator to ensure all went as planned. They also increased our hors d'oeuvres and desserts in the weeks leading up, at no additional cost. The big day went so smoothly, and any kinks were not evident to us, thereby proving the Warwick's ability to execute flawlessly. Our guests raved about the food and quality of service. To our knowledge, coordination with other vendors was fairly seamless, as the Warwick was very accommodating to vendor needs for logistics and setup/breakdown. All in all our experience at the Warwick was great, and we felt we could make our vision come to life with them without too many predefined processes for how they operate and run their events!”

“We held our wedding reception at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in November 2024 as well as hosted our wedding room block. We'd highly recommend for both! We have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about Andreea Denes with catering. We've worked with Andreea for about a year and a half now and she feels like family! Andreea is both professional and personable and ensured we knew all our options for a reception at the Loews. Andreea helped us take advantage of all the amazing event spaces the Loews has to offer (cocktail hour on the 33rd floor, reception in the Millennium Hall, after party in Bank & Bourbon) as well as created a custom package for our reception and cocktail hour that reflected everything we could have wanted. Maria and Lena with the room reservation teams were so wonderful to work with, taking amazing care of our families and accommodating all our changes and requests. The entire Loews staff (catering, concierge, front desk, etc) was absolutely wonderful during our stay. Our guests are still commenting on the exceptional service. About a third of our wedding guests stayed at the Loews and expressed it was the perfect location to spend the weekend exploring Philadelphia.”

“We truly could not have asked for a better experience with the Stratus team! From the very beginning, our event coordinator, Katie, was absolutely incredible. She made the entire planning process feel so easy by communicating everything clearly, keeping us organized, and helping us make decisions whenever we felt overwhelmed or indecisive. Having someone so knowledgeable and supportive made all the difference. The venue itself was absolutely stunning and exactly what we had envisioned for our wedding. Every member of the staff was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly. The food was phenomenal, and we received countless compliments from our guests about both the food and the drinks all night long. Hotel Monaco was also absolutely beautiful. Nearly all of our family and friends stayed there, and despite it being an incredibly busy weekend with the start of the World Cup, the accommodations were excellent. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and our guests loved spending time at Red Owl Tavern before and after the wedding. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful to Katie and the entire Stratus team for making our day unforgettable. We would recommend them 10 out of 10 for any wedding or special event! We wish we had our photos back to share how beautiful it was!”

“Getting married at the Christiana Hilton was a great decision. We loved the smaller ballroom so we could have an intimate wedding. The ceremony space, ballroom and hotel in general was beautiful. The food was delicious and we keep getting compliments from our guests. We had our rehearsal dinner there as well and that food was awesome as well. It was so convenient to arrive Friday afternoon and not have to leave until Sunday. And Katie made it so much easier than I expected. I did not want a venue where I had to do all the work and Katie made it so I did the bare minimum a bride can do and still got a beautiful and personalized wedding. It was a perfect day and weekend!”

Christine was clear and up front with our wedding package details, which was important to us, not to mention incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive to our concerns and requests. Veronica’s team set up the reception and cocktail hour so beautifully, it exceeded my expectations. Every detail was looked after! Any errors during the event were immediately rectified. The entire Hyatt staff went above and beyond to make our day not just special, but easy, including our getting ready rooms and our bridal suite after. The food was just as incredible for the reception and cocktail hour as it was during our tasting. We could not have asked for a happier, more gorgeous wedding day.”

During that timeframe we have had the opportunity to work at many of the 5 Star venues in NYC, Philly, DC and of course in the Lehigh Valley. One of our favorite venues located in the West End of what we consider the Lehigh Valley is and has been The Center Hotel Allentown/Lehigh Valley. The venue Ballrooms are awesome as is Service and menu offerings. But I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the staff, wait, banquet and sales! We know that when we arrive at the Wedding Reception, our couples will not be grumbling but smiling ear to ear, making our photography job so much easier. “We had our wedding at Hotel Du Village in October of 2024 and stayed two nights at the on-site hotel. I cannot begin to explain how incredibly run this entire venue is. From the moment we arrived, every staff member went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for our wedding day. Heather initially gave us the tour of the venue in Feb 2022 and was assigned as our coordinator, and I will always be so grateful for my time planning with her. From the moment we booked, she always answered any email in a timely manner, no matter how many questions were asked :). Heather and her assistant were extremely helpful during the day of our wedding as well. Agnes, our bridal attendant was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond and is always thinking 2 steps ahead of you to ensure the wedding day continues to go smoothly. Above all, all of our guests RAVED about the cocktail hour and entree food. The flow of the Chateau style wedding was absolutely incredible. I will always be so grateful that we chose HDV as our wedding venue!”

“I cannot put into words how HIGHLY I recommend Glasbern. The ceremony space, reception space, guest rooms and grounds were so beautiful and the exact vibe we were going for. Megan and Morgan, the events manager and our day-of coordinator were my guardian angels, dealing with every request and question I had and taking every bit of stress away from me. The entire staff was perfection and treated us all amazingly. The food is incredible and the bartenders kept up with our VERY thirsty group. We were in the Glasloft, which is the smaller of their two event spaces (we had 70 guests), and even with another wedding happening at the same time, we never felt like anything was happening except our wedding.”

“My husband and I had our Christmas-themed wedding at the Eden on December 10th of 2021, and I can’t sing the praises of the wedding coordinators, concierges, catering and janitorial staff enough. From start to finish we felt genuinely cared for by everyone in the resort...and I know how often they host weddings, but each and every person on the Eden team accommodated us in such a joyful way; as if we were the only wedding in the building. And it felt like they were sincerely happy for us. Which made the day feel really, really special. Madeline and Felicia, our wedding/day-of coordinators, attended to every last detail of the day, making sure that absolutely nothing was missed. They were present, intentional, flexible, and at times even borderline protective of me and my family. And that’s anything a bride could ever ask for. I couldn’t be more grateful. As far as the planning process goes: as a project manager, I very much appreciated the explicit, direct nature of their policies and procedures. After offering me several tours of the venue (MOB was from out of town and MOG wanted to see it on separate occasions) and answering all of my many many questions via phone and email, we had several formal meetings to comb through all the details and make sure we were on the same page. Maddie was able to help me delegate and manage my expectations, especially when it came to who was responsible for what, and even then bent over backwards to help me and my bridal party with day-of tasks. Thanks again to everyone on The Eden Resort & Suites staff. You were such a crucial part of our big day and we appreciate your hard work!”

“We chose this wedding venue for two main reasons, 1. Having everything in one location which made the day and planning 10x easier! 2. The Terrace. Our wedding day weather could not have been more perfect and guests were able to enjoy the terrace the entire evening. Monica was amazing to work with as was the rest of the staff. Food was delicious, we saw many clean plates while making our rounds. I loved that the spaces themselves were beautiful, so we really didn't need much decor and they had a lot we could borrow (e.g. arch, centerpieces, table numbers). Highly recommend!”

“Choosing Chauncey Hotel as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process. The venue is a hidden gem located in Princeton, NJ. It is nestled behind main roads, not far from the downtown but feels very secluded when onsite. We have many out of town relatives so being able to stay at the hotel and have everything onsite was very convenient and comfortable. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast in the morning which was a nice perk and convenient spot for everyone to gather. There is also a bar in the lobby which was the perfect space for reconnecting the night before our wedding and for our after party. The Laurie House is a charming historic home that offers a hotel-style stay. It was the perfect space for us and our bridal party to get ready, with a large space for hair/makeup, "getting ready" photos, and a boardroom for signing our marriage license after the ceremony. The surrounding property is beautiful and offered many areas for photos surrounded by trees and other natural scenery. The staff at Chauncey was kind, courteous, and attentive to our needs all weekend. Becki in particular went above and beyond as a wedding coordinator. She made herself available to meet in person and virtually before our wedding. Every interaction with Becki made us feel more ready and prepared for our big day! In the days leading up to the wedding, we were able to drop off decor for her ahead of time and she also led our rehearsal! Becki took the time to check in with us the day-of and looked after our family and bridal party to make sure they had everything they needed. Making sure we had our cues before walking down the aisle was so helpful. Our day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her!”
