He is outstanding—a true artist in his craft. It’s so clear that he’s not only dedicated to his profession but also deeply loves what he does. We gave DJ Shyne what we thought was an impossible challenge: blend pop hits, Spanish tunes, emo throwbacks, Disney jams, booty-shaking hip hop, and a long list of theme songs from our favorite TV shows and movies (everything from The White Lotus to Saw). On top of that, we added a handful of random, deeply personal songs you’d never expect at a wedding. What happened? Not only did he execute this perfectly, but he became the catalyst for a wedding that felt curated exactly to US—spinning a history of us both as individuals and our journey together woven into a seamless soundtrack. His mixing was unique, unexpected, and so much fun. As the bride, there was no place I wanted to be except on that dance floor. Our guests went wild. Compliments poured in all night and days after. We got so many texts like, “BROOO your DJ?! ” that we started to lose count. But it wasn’t just about the music. From the very first Zoom, DJ Shyne radiated charisma and professionalism. He carried that positive energy into every planning meeting and right through the reception—he even gave our speakers personal pep talks before their toasts! And when it came to group dances, he did something I’ve never seen: he stepped onto the dance floor, mic in hand, and taught the moves live. Towards the end of the Cha Cha Slide, he started teaching the crowd the moves to the Cupid Shuffle so by the time it started they were already doing it!!! No confusion, no awkward guessing, just pure joy and inclusion. He quickly became the vendor we looked forward to meeting with most. We ended each Zoom call feeling assured, uplifted, and excited about the possibilities. Out of everyone we worked with, he was the best. It does not get better than DJ Shyne. He isn’t just the DJ your wedding needs, he’s the DJ your wedding deserves.”

Drew had sent me an email a few weeks before the couples wedding with the reception timeline (a first) and kept me up-to-date with any last minute changes the day of. All of our guests are STILL talking about how great Joe was - he picked perfect songs that were a hit with our crowd across generations and included some of our all time favorites as well. Fine Tune Entertainment has an easy to use planning website, where we were able to edit our timeline and song choices throughout the process - this helped keep everything super organized. Joe was excellent at keeping the schedule moving with speeches, photos and dancing. We also used Fine Tune Entertainment's sister company for the photo booth which was incredibly high quality and a major HIT with our guests. They had the option to get digital copies or take home a printed one! We added 10 up lights to our space as well and Joe perfectly managed color changes to enhance the party vibe. We highly recommend Joe & Fine Tune Entertainment to couples in the Boston/MA area because of the incredible music played, the calm demeanor and excellent communication throughout the process! “East Coast Soul was one of the best vendor decisions we made for our wedding! We had the Philly ensemble at our wedding, and for weeks after the wedding, guests were still going out of their way to tell us how great the band was. The dance floor was packed all night and they brought incredible energy to every song! They also performed our ceremony music and the trumpeter and piano player played our requested songs (“Moanin’” by Art Blakey and “La Vie En Rose”) so beautifully and it set such a special tone for the day! We got married on an island and it was so reassuring to hear that ECS had experience bringing the band and the set up out to the venue. They handled coordinating with the island to get the equipment earlier and it was so reassuring that they had everything under control , even given the logistically complex venue! The pre-wedding survey made it easy to share our preferences without being overly prescriptive. Everything felt well-organized, effortless, and perfectly executed! Thank you so much!”

“Business Time was absolutely fantastic to work with for our wedding! From our very first call, their communication was easy, quick, and personable. They really took the time to understand our vision and preferences. On the day of, they fed off the energy of the crowd and kept the dance floor packed all night with their fun, musically talented performance that spanned all generations. One of the highlights was when they split my father-daughter dance, playing a sweet song for the first half and then transitioning into our favorite upbeat song "All Star" by Smashmouth, which got the whole wedding up and dancing. We couldn't have asked for a better band to make our special day so memorable.The morning after so many guests came up to us raving about how fun they had dancing and singing. From the B52’s Love Shack, Zombie by Cranberries, to Chapelle Roan Pink Pony club- Business Time absolutely rocked it. Not to mention the acoustics for the ceremony made my husband cry. “DJ Tay worked with us in the months leading up to the wedding to coordinate instrumental piano covers for our ceremony which turned out beautifully. We also gave him a spreadsheet with songs we definitely wanted to play, others that were maybes and a few not to. He worked off this list but there were still a lot of songs I’d hoped to play that we didn’t hear, and also a handful I hadn’t asked for - but it is what it is. The way he adapted to small changes and keeping us on track was truly incredible. We had 3 locations at our venue and he had no issues changing over keeping the day a smooth transition. From ceremony, tent dining to barn dancing the music was just on point. He really knew how to keep the music going and no steel moments. “We could rave about DJ Thrilla all day long, but in the words of our wedding guests: “Best dance floor we’ve seen in a long time!” It’s been weeks since our wedding and our guests can’t stop talking about how great the music was. Arthur did a great job with the ceremony and cocktail hour, and managed a tricky parent dance section (multiple sets of parents & timing!) We requested a Taylor Swift mashup and he exceeded expectations and made it the highlight of our night. The dance floor was always packed, and Arthur did a great job of taking into account our requests while playing music everyone would enjoy. We opted to use uplighting as well, which looked beautiful during dinner (we chose a warm lighting) and was so fun for the dance floor with flashing lights. By the end of the night, he even had guests asking him to travel to Texas to DJ their wedding! Booking DJ Thrilla was one of the best vendor decisions we made for our wedding and we could not recommend him more!”

“We cannot recommend DJ Jonathan Berube from Epic Entertainment highly enough! From the very beginning of the planning process, Jonathan was attentive, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions and address every concern, and we truly appreciated how available and willing he was to make time for us throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, Jonathan was incredibly prepared and professional. His equipment and setup helped everything transition seamlessly from the ceremony to cocktail hour and then into the reception. But what really stood out was his ability to read the room and create exactly the atmosphere we had hoped for. One of my biggest wedding-day fears was that no one would dance, and Jonathan completely put that fear to rest! His energy had our guests ready to dance before it was even officially time to hit the dance floor. Once the reception started, the dance floor was packed all night and only cleared when the night was over and we were literally being sent home! He perfectly blended our love of house music with songs that would get guests of all ages on the dance floor. He understood exactly what we were looking for musically while still knowing how to keep the entire room engaged. My almost 77 year old grandma was sore the next day because she literally danced all night long! Jonathan played such a huge role in making our reception so much fun and memorable. We had the absolute best time, and so many of our guests commented on how great the music and energy were. “Brian was hands down the best vendor we had at our wedding. What made him so different was how much he cared about understanding us before he ever started talking about playlists or timelines. We met with him several times, and he would ask things like what our first concerts were, what songs remind us of each other, what we grew up listening to, and what music is tied to different memories in our lives. At one point I told him that our meetings felt less like wedding planning and more like music therapy sessions. He told me he LOVED that description, and it's honestly the best way I can explain the experience. He wasn't just figuring out what songs we liked. He was figuring out who we were through music. By the time the wedding came around, the music felt completely customized to us. Nothing felt like a generic wedding playlist. We're into some pretty specific genres, especially 2000s emo and pop punk and 90s R&B, and Brian knew that music inside and out. He was able to work all of it into the night in a way that still kept everyone dancing and made the whole reception feel like us. You spend so much time planning a wedding and wondering whether all the little decisions are actually going to come together. With Brian, we never had to worry. He understood exactly what we wanted, probably better than we knew how to explain it ourselves. If we had to choose our wedding vendors all over again, Brian would be the first person we'd book.”

“JRM the DJ is one of the main reasons our wedding was the unforgettable day that it was. From start to finish, Devon was so easy to work with. He answered every question we had in a respectful and timely manner and the planning and execution was seamless. We have been to a number of weddings where the microphone hasn’t worked, or the music didn’t transition well, and before booking with Devon, this was something I had learned to expect. I had even told our officiant to prepare for when (not if) the mic goes out. I am beyond relieved to report that every piece of equipment Devon brought worked perfectly and made the day 1000% better. On the dance floor, every song he played kept guests dancing all night long. Every time I tried to step out to chat with guests, I had to interrupt our conversation to say, “I’m so sorry but I NEED to dance to this song.” And the photo booth was a huge hit! I remember being really nervous about whether guests would want to use the photo booth or not. Now I can easily say the photos from the photo booth are some of my favorites from our wedding.
