Cooking and creating meals for others has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My dream began watching food network instead of cartoons as a small child and finding myself inspired to pursue a career in culinary arts. Catering By Tracy was formed in 2007 in Charlotte, NC and exploded when we moved to Lake Norman in 2011. We have commercial cookers that allow us to cook 20 pork butts, 40 whole chickens, 25 beef butts, 30 racks of ribs, 200 chicken wings All At Once!!!!!!!! We know how to Cook For An Army!!!
