“Booking Alex was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We had a full three-day wedding weekend and he was attentive, caring, and locked in from start to finish. He took the time to understand the vision we were going for, but also brought great ideas of his own- especially around our outdoor Yosemite venue that had some unique character to it.
He worked seamlessly with our photographer, delivering gorgeous candid shots of moments we will now never forget. He also took time to explain what was happening to our family and wedding party so everyone felt comfortable and understood their role, which made a huge difference in how natural everything looked. Alex was also a lively presence when the party was going, and a hype-man when needed! He read the room beautifully all weekend.
Beyond the technical skill, what stood out most was how invested Alex was in us as a couple. He asked thoughtful questions during the interview portions and pulled details out of us we wouldn't have thought to share on our own. He felt less like a vendor and more like a true collaborator who genuinely cared about telling our story. He also got everything back to us in a really timely way, and the 24 hr sneak peek video made us cry!! He beautifully captured the weekend in a way we honestly could not have imagined being any better, and watching it back let us relive the moment all over again.
