Wanting to bring life back to a historic downtown building, the Forge On 4th was created in 2022. Our dream was to create a space where our guests feel at home while celebrating life events in style. The Factory 12 Event Loft provides the perfect industrial setting for your next event. Located in historic downtown Columbus, IN, our spacious venue features the hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and floor to ceiling wooden beams from its origin as a 1912 sewing factory. White Diamond Lavender Farms is a 10 acre lavender farm situated in the heart of the midwest just outside of the surprising little town of Hope, IN.​ We are a seasonal U-Pick lavender farm and event venue. Our property boasts a 7600 square foot barn. Our barn is newly remodeled with a 460 square foot wrap around front porch up-cycled from century old barn beams from Salem, IN. Our venue space inside the barn is home to our White Diamond Chandelier that has 8000 crystals. It is adorned with thousands of twinkle lights, and draped with lightweight gossamer fabric.

The Spot on West Fifth is a modern and elegant downtown Cincinnati venue, featuring natural light and a fully customizable space that can easily be a backdrop to your unique vision. The Spot is a 6,500 sq. ft. private event venue with seating for up to 225 guests. Gorgeous exposed brick and original hardwood flooring offer the charming industrial aesthetic so sought after in historical buildings across the city. A catering prep kitchen and 2 bars with plenty of refrigeration and ice, as well as a beautifully funished bridal suite are all included, and so are plenty of tables and chairs.
