Yes, Venue on Three allows all outside vendors. We have no restrictions, and are happy to recommend great local vendors!
The rental fee includes full access to our climate controlled facility on the day of your event. We also include complete custom event set up, wooden tables and chairs, table linens, two licensed bartenders, citrus water and lemonade, and all clean up after your event! A staff member will also be on site for the duration of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Yes, many brides are choosing to have their wedding ceremony and reception in one convenient location. We can also help you arrange to have your ceremony at our town‘s beautiful historic covered bridge just minutes away from the venue.
If you wish to book with Venue on Three after your personal tour, we only require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. No personal insurance is required. A copy of our contract can be found here. Reservations can be made in person or over the phone.
Yes, Venue on Three offers a large array of decor items, wedding arches, backdrops, and flowers to appeal to any taste and style. Decor rental not only saves you money, but takes away the stress of buying and potentially selling unwanted decor after your event. Custom event design and decorating services are included in the decor rental fee!
Yes, the venue is handicap accessible. The venue is all on one level and has no stairs. We also offer a large private handicap/family restroom with changing station as well.
Venue on Three has a fully stocked prep kitchen. You and your caterer will have access to a walk-in cooler, freezer, icemaker, tea machine, 3 bay sink, and microwave. Please note that the venue does not offer an oven/stove. All food will need to be prepared off site. We do allow professional caterers to operate smokers, grills, and/or fryers outdoors.
• Individual Days: Friday: $2,250 Saturday: $3,250 Sunday: $1750 • Packages: Thursday/Friday $2750 Friday/Saturday $3750 Friday/Saturday/Sunday $4,250 If the event is booked within seven business days of the original tour a $250 discount will be given.
