Highpoint Events in Greensburg, Indiana redefines the concept of a "one of a kind" event venue. This 15-acre apple orchard turned event venue features multiple newly renovated indoor and outdoor locations, 1400 fruit trees, a pumpkin patch, sunflower gardens, and an 1858-built homestead, all overlooking a 45-acre reservoir. Conveniently located just a two-minute drive from the nearest hotel, Highpoint's 15-acre estate blends its scenic rural settings with a wide variety of modern amenities. The Mill Barn

10 to 40 person two story facility overlooking the orchard

With its stone foundation dating back to 1854, the character of the Mill Barn tells a story everywhere you go. The top floor, features a massive stone fireplace, hand-milled hardwoods, and a balcony that overlooks the orchard. As guests journey to the lower level, they will find stone walls throughout, whiskey barrel tables, and an antique bar, the speakeasy feels like you've stepped back in time to the days of prohibition with a walk out onto the orchard grounds.

    March wedding

    Highpoint Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication throughout the planning process was amazing - they were incredibly responsive and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. On the day of the wedding, they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They even surprised us with a thoughtful gift, and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The venue itself was beautiful, clean, and perfectly neat. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Highpoint Events to any couple planning their dream wedding.

    Great venue and great people!

    My husband and I got married at Highpoint in October 2023, and it was beautiful! We've had a history of visiting Highpoint for their annual Fall Festival (definitely go try an apple cider slushie), so it was such a perfect choice for our wedding venue. Eric and Alyssa were so awesome to work with! They were at the ready with any questions we had, and went above and beyond to help set everything up for our day. They made us feel like a priority every step of the way, and we are so thankful for the opportunity to work with them!


We can comfortable seat 299 guests in a reception style layout. Additional seating may be added on the patio.
We ask that all trash be thrown away and trash bags pulled and taken to the nearby dumpster. Unless excessively dirty, all cleaning will be done by Highpoint staff.
Yes, we have wifi available for the DJ.
We do not have onsite lodging however there are two nice hotels only two minutes down the road!
Yes! Our Gathering Hall is ADA compliant.
To reserve your date you will need to fill out a contract with us and make a payment of $750. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event.
All weddings at Highpoint are required to purchase event insurance.
You will get use of venue for a 14 hour time block on a 1 day rental (9am – midnight) This includes time for set-up, the event, tear-down, and clean up. Weekend packages run from 9am Friday- 10am on Sunday.
Yes, you are able to bring in any vendor you would like. We do require you to go through Highpoint if you plan to offer alcohol and can work with you to come up with a bar package. We have a list of trusted vendors (all optional) that I am happy to share with you.
You are allowed access to the building when your contracted time starts. When your time block begins, we will have your tables set so you can begin decorating them.
We provide black, white, or ivory linens at no additional cost.
Absolutely not! When you approve your event layout with our Venue Coordinator, we will ensure that the room is setup prior to your arrival. At the end of your event, you do not need to take down any tables or chairs.
We have a plan in place incase of rain during your ceremony. Your reception is able to be rain or shine in our Gathering Hall.
Pets are allowed outside during the ceremony only. We do ask that someone is in charge of watching and cleaning up after your pet. We love animals but do not allow them in the buildings.
We do not have a house system. Your DJ will need to bring their own equipment.
