About this venue

Our expansive property, over 1,000 acres of hills and valleys in beautiful Brown County, offers several unique locations for your bachelor or bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, wedding, wedding reception, and post-wedding adventures. We work closely with you, helping to create memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. Destination weddings can be stressful, trying to find the perfect caterer, that amazing cake, the photographer who can capture your total experience…etc. We have contacts for all of your wedding needs including spa treatments and activities for the groom. What we don’t have on-site, we can find for you through our extensive list of vendors, proven professionals to meet all of your needs and wish lists.

The Harvest Hall is a beautifully decorated building located in a Brown County wooded country setting. The inside location is designed to fit everyone’s needs. It is completely heated and air-conditioned with a romantic fireplace. A large indoor stage provides the ideal setting for an indoor ceremony if the weather is not perfect for an outdoor wedding.

Dock Overlooking the Lake

A venue for all occasions!

Our lake affords a truly stunning and unforgettable backdrop where your reflections seem to last forever. Guests are comfortably seated along the dam overlooking the lake while the bride and groom exchange their vows on the dock with their family and bridal party surrounding them.

Should your plans for an outdoor wedding be interrupted due to the weather, your wedding ceremony can easily be moved into the Harvest Hall.

Description

One day entire facility rentals allows access to the Harvest Hall for an entire day (9am-11pm) and to the campgrounds and cabins for one night. You can choose the day of the ceremony to stay the night, or the night before. If you need more time please check with us on the two day full facility rental.

Let your guests marvel at the artwork of Patricia Rhoden during your special day. Create a cozy atmosphere with our electric fireplace to make your visit more intimate. Make use of our Antique Bar for your beverages. Our catering service will use the Gallery's Prep Kitchen so your food is as fresh as possible. Upstairs, there are two separate rooms for the Bride-to-be and the Groom to get ready. This is the perfect option for a medium to large wedding.

    Adventure Weddings often include many outdoor adventure activities and are considered completely unique wedding experiences. These types of weddings are best suited to those who enjoy an adventurous lifestyle (or those who want to introduce more adventure into their lives)!
    You can never be too old to participate in our activities! People of a myriad of ages have enjoyed zip lining, riding ATVs or buggies, and playing paintball in the past. We also offer hiking and mountain biking trails of varying intensities. Needless to say, we’re friendly to all ages and abilities here!
    You do not need to have any experience! We have the ability to cater all of our activities to people of various skill levels. In addition, our biking and hiking trails have different intensities which are mapped out and kept at the front of our building for your convenience.
    Absolutely! We can provide you with a unique XBC Code, specific to your event. You can then distribute that code through your invitations, website, email, etc. allowing your guests to use that code to reserve their own adventure during your event, while still getting any group discounts that we discuss.
    We have our beautiful Harvest Hall which is fully heated and air-conditioned and it can be used as a backup in case it rains! It’s a rustic-style hall furnished with tables and chairs, a small bar area, a staging area for bands or dancing, and it is decorated with rustic antiques and original paintings by Patricia Rhoden Bartels, a highly accredited Impressionistic painter.
    Our packages are completely customizable depending on your needs. We recognize that couples have varying budgets and we make adventure weddings affordable for most budget types. We offer discounts for multiple activities and for large groups. You can easily afford to have a traditional or adventure wedding here on a tight budget. We offer you the ability to cater your own event saving you money.
