We are a group of DJs in the Little Traverse Bay region with a singular mission to make the best day of your life also the best night of your life for you and your guests. We'll turn your reception into a "real" real party: the kind where your guests hobble home sore drenched from dancing too much thinking "What did we just experience?" We are entertainers. We will read the room and plug into you and your guests tastes. We will even get your grandma grooving. From the moment he began the evening with quiet and soft jazz music for the cocktail and hors d’oeuvres hour, he was able to match the energy of the night with ease. He even played some authentic Hispanic music to make sure my family heard something familiar and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend DJ Parker with so much faith for your special day. He even danced to some ABBA towards the end of the night and tastefully added a nice touch of performance “with the show”. “Just to preface - I take wedding dance floors extremely seriously. I think it is make or break for the reception. My fiancé and I were trying to keep costs as low as we could and had our eyes on a few other DJ’s that were within our price range and had been good at other weddings until I stumbled on DJ One Chance. I knew from the second I saw his Instagram that I needed to have him at our wedding. His energy, charisma, and ability to read the room is incredible. He was a bit out of our original price range (which was very low to begin with, keep in mind) and I can absolutely tell you that he is worth every single penny. Every planning meeting we had with him got us more and more excited to have him with us on the day of. He listened to the vibe and energy we were going for and could not have done a better job. My parents were blown away that for a bit of a tight dance floor and 200 guests, the dance floor was PACKED from 8:30 - Midnight. Some quotes we received from friends were “I haven’t danced that much at a wedding in a long time” - Rick, 59 years old and “Your DJ was insane. He knew which songs were hits with the crowd and kept the energy going” - MK, 30. He was a hit with every age group and we are forever indebted him for creating the dance floor of our dreams. I have never seen so many people compliment a wedding DJ or a dance floor so passionately. DJ One Chance worked with us seamlessly to make sure we were able to have the best day ever. He even let us request one more last song after the “last song” that we picked ourselves didn’t hit as hard as we wanted. If you want the best dance floor experience for your wedding - this is your guy. Could not recommend any more.”
