Lake Affect Studios was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was easy, fast, and comforting. They were there for us every step of the way, guiding us through things we never would have thought of on our own. The quality of their work and the value they provided was exceptional - the venue was beautiful, they were incredibly accommodating, and the overall experience was of the highest quality. This venue provides an almost blank slate for your vision, yet it stands on its own as a stunning backdrop. It's clear that the team at Lake Affect Studios are true veterans in the wedding industry and they provide everything you could need in a venue. We are so grateful for their expertise and support in making our special day perfect.

Ariel International Center

5.0

Cleveland, OH
  • Up to 300 guests
  • Select services
  • Indoor & outdoor

Ariel International Center is a renovated 100-year old historic, rustic red brick building, with large windows, elegant chandeliers, high wood ceilings and earth tone wall colors. Opened in 2012, the event center is unmatched in providing for a memorable event with unforgettable sunset views over Lake Erie and a perfect view of the Cleveland Skyline.

This venue is unreal. The rooftop is just so cool and unique and the views are incredible. The fourth floor reception space was beautiful as well. So many of our guests told us how much they loved the vibe of the venue. There are so many beautiful photo locations throughout the building inside and outside. Tracey was amazing to work with - it was so clear she knew what she was doing and I never had to stress at all. The midges came out the week of our October wedding so we had to make a decision about the rooftop, but Tracey was so helpful and luckily we were able to do rooftop ceremony and serve cocktail hour food and drinks on the fourth floor. It is so cool that the rooftop stays open all night - our guests loved it! Also, the bar staff was incredible and the drinks were amazing! The bride and groom suites were so convenient too. It was so nice for our bridal parties to hang out there all morning and made clean up so easy and flexible.

The Madison

5.0

Cleveland, OH
  • Up to 600 guests
  • Select services
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $8,500

Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000 square foot warehouse sat empty for decades. The creative potential of the location caught our eye, and in 2016, we went to work to renovate the building. As event vendors ourselves, we designed The Madison to be the best parts of every cool venue we’ve ever worked from Seattle to New York City and Chicago to the Caribbean. In 2018, we reopened the restored space The Madison. We quickly gained acclaim from the area’s top event planners, community collaborators, and even local professional athletes. As Northeast Ohio’s premier event venue, our mission is to cultivate human connection and life’s treasured moments. You’ll find it effortless to work with us and within the space so you can focus more on your goals – and your guests.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Classic, vintage atmosphere
  • Space for a large guest list
  • Multiple event spaces

Venue considerations

  • Venue feels large for events with small guest lists
  • Limited cleanup and setup services
  • Lighting and sound are not included

Being in the event industry ourselves, we knew finding a team of key partners to work with would be pivotal to success for our wedding. Anthony and Daryl at The Madison knocked it out of the park. We wanted a fun, unique and industrial-vibe venue and this venue provides all that and so much more. It is a blank canvas that truly allows you to turn it into whatever your vision may be. The service, ideas, and personal attention the team at The Madison give each event is incredible. From our first meeting with them, we knew they were the team for us to create a successful and memorable wedding. They offer a variety of bar package tiers to fit your budget and are able to accommodate custom / signature drinks for an additional personal touch. The bar staff they provide are true sweethearts. When it comes to load in / setup, they are there to not only help you, but are willing to accommodate anything and everything you may need. The venue offers a variety of different spaces to accommodate everything from a cocktail hour, ceremony, reception and outdoor spaces all at one venue. Truly, everything you could ask for. There are a handful of preferred caterers they work well with to provide anything you could need from a catering perspective. The venue is a blank slate, and with that, allows you to add your own creativity to develop the event you vision. Ample amount of available electric also allows for pretty much any level of production you are looking to host here. The venue is great, but - as mentioned above - it is the people who truly build your team. The two gentlemen who run this facility (Anthony and Daryl) are the ones behind the magic here. They honestly care and have your event’s best interest in mind. They are willing to step in and assist on anything needed and are truly team players when it comes to building your vendor team. Thank you to the two of you for making our wedding dreams come true. — Jeff & Cierra
