I am a thirty-nine year old mother of two. I have been in food service for over twenty years, and have been catering for fifteen. I specialize in southern style food and absolutely love trying new foods any time. I was taught to cook by my late Grandmother starting as soon as I could sit on a counter top.

We began serving Charlottesville with French and Virginia-inspired cooking at our restaurant, l’etoile, in 1993. Our catering business grew out of that experience, and out of our desire to take part in the celebrations, the rituals, and the ceremonies of people throughout the Central Virginia community. Catering allows us to reach, care for, and serve a larger audience, and to customize consistently excellent culinary experiences for our clients. We have a history of procuring the finest, freshest ingredients for the meals we create and serve, and access to those ingredients through relationships we’ve cultivated for more than 20 years.
