Chef Matthew's background in fine dining, honed in the prestigious Michelin kitchens of Chicago and San Francisco, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Ripley's culinary offerings. His commitment to showcasing the best of each region's indigenous ingredients is reflected in the thoughtfully crafted menus that highlight the seasonal bounty available from local purveyors. Studying under Chef Grant Achatz (Alinea), Chef John Shields (Smyth) & Chef Jared Gadbaw (Oak & Reel).

    Ripley Hospitality provided us with the best wedding dinner possible. Their farm-to-table approach resulted in an exceptional meal that all of our guests raved about. Matthew, our main point of contact, was incredibly responsive and punctual, always answering my calls or emails right away. The level of service and attention to detail from the Ripley team was simply overkill - they went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect in every way.

    Ripley Hospitality was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding catering. Matthew, the owner, was incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process - always punctual in his replies to my questions and very attentive to all of my desires for the menu and event details. The quality of Ripley's work was outstanding, providing a fine dining experience that our guests are still raving about. The food was DELICIOUS and beautifully presented, truly elevating our special day. Matthew's help with coordinating rentals and creating personalized menus for each place setting was so appreciated, and his patience with all of my questions made the whole experience seamless. Matthew was undoubtedly one of the best parts, and best decisions, we made for our wedding. We couldn't recommend Ripley Hospitality more highly!
