My passion for photography grew when my daughter, Lotus, was born in 2004 and I began documenting her childhood with an eye toward catching each irreplaceable moment. Soon, friends and then friends of friends asked me to photograph their children and families. Before long, I was documenting the lives and milestones of people all over the DMV area. I realized how happy I was connecting with people and capturing special moments, and so I launched Lotus Photography in 2012 - named for my first muse. I captured my first wedding in 2016 and I was instantly in love with being a wedding photographer!

By providing assistance and being “hands on” during the setup of mobile DJ equipment, assisting as an emcee and mixing during the events, DJ Theo was able to gather the necessary skills to begin a DJ career in the Washington D.C. Metro area. DJ Theo is able to deejay for large crowds and has the ability to entertain at weddings and corporate events with a variety of music. Using the latest software and professional sound equipment, DJ Theo is able to combine music to satisfy guests of all ages, keeping everyone dancing.

Chantilly National Golf & Country Club has both indoor and outdoor facilities for a beautiful wedding ceremonies and receptions. The outdoor site affords expansive views of the golf course, tall grasses, and pond. An indoor ceremony site is also available, complete with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that afford beautiful views of the course. Indoor receptions can be held in the ballroom, which has a maximum capacity of 180 guests with a dancefloor. It also has an attached patio, which is excellent for cocktail hour or general mingling.
