Blenheim Hill Farm is a heavenly wedding destination in the Catskills Mountains. Our capacity is from 70-220 guests. We grow the food and cook it for you in ​our ​own kitchen. You don't have to worry about outside catering, rentals, or even a planner. Our in-house team helps you every step of the way, and everything is included. Our historic farmhouses ​ ​are gorgeously appointed sanctuaries for you and your family, sleeping up to 40 guests. With over 15 years in farm-to-table dining and destination weddings, we are committed to hosting your best-day-ever with extraordinary attention to detail, making it a very personal experience.

Defiance Hall is a 10,000 sf, authentically restored historic building with reaching mountain views built in 1820. We focus our venue on weddings for up to 125 guests, allowing the event to flow inside and outside the property with arrival cocktail receptions on our outdoor terrace & creekside area or inside in a welcoming space. Dining typically takes place in the main hall, while wedding vows, dancing, and afterparties are held upstairs in The Loft. We offer a full suite of amenities, including liquor and commercial kitchen licenses. We offer in-house or third-party catering. Included are: - Two full bars - Kitchen for caterers - Tables, chairs, ceramic plate settings, metal cutlery, and cloth napkins for 125 people - Dance floor - Folding tables and chairs for an additional 125 people - Staffed cash bar - Projector - Wired and wireless microphones - Two PAs - DJ booth - Outdoor seating for 125 people - Outdoor creek side receptions - Parking - Optional stage with light and sound.

The Kaaterskill is a private 40-acre Catskills wedding estate where style meets nature. Surrounded by Kaaterskill Creek and sweeping mountain views, the property offers several distinctive ceremony settings, including a heart-shaped pond, woodland and meadow locations, and a beautifully designed wedding barn for receptions. Couples can create an entire destination wedding weekend on the property, with on-site lodging in the Farmhouse, Pond House, Cabana and Shed, along with private trails, bonfires, an animal sanctuary and exceptional outdoor gathering spaces. Owners Christopher Johnstone and Tom Burke have been returning this former NY upstate summer estate to its former glory since 2016. Set on 6 beautiful acres amongst the farmlands and orchards just outside Hudson, NY, the property has two barns, 5 apt suites, and a main house, or "Lady in Waiting" as she is known up here.
