Opal 28 is an intimate space, an extension of your living room with a vintage & elegant ambiance. The 2,600 square foot space includes two great rooms, a built-in bar, private outdoor patio and bridal suite accommodations above the venue. The building was originally built in 1908 is conveniently located in inner NE Portland.

We are an event space with a harmonious blend of chic elegance & rustic ambiance surrounded by our beautiful Christmas tree farm. We want your event at Redland Family Farm to be as unique as you are, so we allow you to choose your vendors, the flow of your event, and you can customize where each moment is captured with the great variety of spaces, all included in your wedding package. Our Wedding Package, for the rental of our venue is $7,000 and includes 12 hrs the day of your wedding + 2 hrs for a rehearsal and full use of the farm. We also include venue manager on site to help with logistics and keeping our spaces clean and tidy. You may choose all of your own vendors (photography, catering, rentals, etc) and contact with them seperately.

Good for photo shoots, exercise classes, small banquets, birthday parties, baby showers, launch parties, and meeting space. There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading.
