I started my photography business 7 years ago because of two reasons: 1) For as long as I can remember, I have felt a need to create. Whether it was drawing, painting, sewing, or decorating my home, I longed to create beautiful things for myself and others. That need to create still drives me daily. If it’s been too long since I made something, I don’t feel right. and 2) I knew I didn’t want a typical nine to five career. So, photographs were my chosen medium to build the life I wanted to live. I have been blessed to be a full time photographer for the past seven years. I have shot over 125 weddings and over 1000 portrait sessions.

From getting my first camera at Radio Shack in the 2nd grade—to now capturing some of life’s most tender and beautiful moments for some of the best clients in the world. Which means, almost every couple I photograph is not experienced in front of the camera! I understand that "posing" doesn't feel natural for a majority of people, which is why I create an environment that prompts fun movements, natural laughter, and draws out your vulnerable emotions.
